Hi! My name is Ghaniyat, and I’m a medical student with a strong passion for teaching. I am a final-year Biomedical Science student at the University of Wolverhampton with several years of tutoring experience working with KS2, KS3 and GCSE students in both Maths and English. I have supported students with a range of learning needs including ADHD, dyslexia and low confidence in core subjects. My teaching style is patient, encouraging and tailored to each student’s pace, focusing on building understanding step-by-step rather than memorisation alone. I have been an online tutor for over three years, and I hope this 'About Me' section gives you an insight into who I am and my teaching style. I am an English Literature BA (Hons) graduate who studied at the University of Portsmouth. In September 2024 I am undertaking a Masters in Modern and Contemporary Literature from the University of Leicester. With over three years tutoring experience, a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills, I have challenged and supported students across all educational stages, including primary school pupils right up to A Level students! I want your child to succeed and I truly believe they can do this! My lessons are varied, fun, but get the work done! Education is not 'one size fits all', and online tutoring is the perfect example of this.
