Teaching GCSE Maths, Chemistry, Physics and A-Level Maths in the UK Due to my experience in service, I believe I have the patience and communicative skills necessary to deliver effective lessons to people of all ages. I could never judge a person’s ability (we’ve all got to start somewhere!) and can take all the time needed to work through a topic. I treat all my students fairly and equally and want to make students feel comfortable so that they have the confidence to raise any query they have, therefore making them a great learner. In school, I had a good experience with exams and can improve your exam technique and revision skills alongside the content. I am a Master’s student studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham. Throughout my studies, I have seen how hard learning can be. I hope to help students build confidence and gain a deeper understanding of their subject area so they can reach their full potential during exams. I aim to base my teaching around individual student I hold a BSc degree in Chemistry from the University of Leicester, where I built a strong foundation in scientific principles, analytical skills, and practical laboratory techniques. Alongside my academic journey, I have gained two years of experience tutoring, supporting students in developing confidence and understanding in their studies. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham, with a focus on advanced engineering processes, problem-solving, and research. Before university, I completed A-levels in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics, which provided a solid base for my academic and professional growth.

I teach English Literature and English Language to GCSE aged students. I also teach English as a foreign language to both children and adults. I teach Philosophy, Ethics, and Religious Studies up to GCSE level. I teach English to French students and can speak conversational French to aid this. I tutor students working towards their IELTS qualification. I have a Masters in Mental and Moral Science (Philosophy) from Trinity College, Dublin and am looking to further my formal education in the coming years aside from the countless MOOCs I've taken ranging from Opera to Counter-Terrorism classes. I enjoy Creative Writing and am always penning stories or poetry. I have lived all over the world, love traveling and exploring and look forward to learning how we can incorporate your personal experiences and passions into your studies.
