My name is Kriti, and I hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Panjab University. After completing my post-graduation, I began my teaching journey as a PGT Chemistry teacher in a CBSE-affiliated school, where I worked for around 6 to 7 months. During this time, I gained valuable experience in teaching higher-grade students who were preparing for competitive and board-level examinations. My time there helped me develop strong classroom management skills and a deeper understanding of students’ academic needs at the senior secondary level. Following this, I joined BYJU’s as an academic tutor, where I conducted live online sessions for students across various curricula. I specialize in tutoring Chemistry and Science for international curriculums including IGCSE, GCSE, AP, and the Cambridge curriculum, as well as IB (both Standard Level and Higher Level). My role involved supporting students from diverse educational backgrounds and countries, helping them build a strong foundation in science up to Grade 10 and in Chemistry beyond that, even at the university level. Teaching is more than a profession for me—it is a passion that brings me joy and fulfillment. I find immense satisfaction in making complex concepts easy and engaging for students, and witnessing their academic growth gives me a sense of purpose. With a strong subject background, effective communication skills, and international curriculum expertise, I aim to continue guiding students toward academic excellence and a deeper appreciation for the subject of Chemistry. I have a strong academic background in the field of science and chemistry. I began my educational journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Science, where I developed a deep interest in Chemistry and its real-world applications. To further enhance my knowledge and expertise, I pursued and successfully completed my Master’s degree in Chemistry. This advanced study not only strengthened my theoretical understanding but also equipped me with practical skills that are essential for effective teaching and research in the subject. After completing my post-graduation, I appeared for and cleared various teaching eligibility examinations, including the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) for PGT Chemistry as well as PGT Science. These certifications have enabled me to gain a better understanding of the academic requirements and teaching methodologies suitable for students at the senior secondary level. In addition to these qualifications, I have also undertaken specialized professional development courses focused on international curricula. I have completed training programs specifically designed for the International Education Board (IEB), with a specialization in both Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL) Chemistry. These courses have provided me with a deeper insight into global teaching standards and curriculum expectations, allowing me to effectively guide students preparing for international assessments. My academic and professional qualifications together have laid a solid foundation for my career as an educator, equipping me with the skills, knowledge, and versatility required to teach diverse learners across various educational systems.

I am an extremely enthusiastic and positive person. I currently teach English early years, Primary school/Reception year. SEND Primary and Highschool and ESL, with over 25 years experience. Patience is my middle name. I am an energetic and a fun teacher. Using a variety of methods including: auditory, visual, reading/writing, verbal and kinaesthetic movement. I look forward to meeting you, my future student. My academic journey started after high school and continues to present. Studying and learning never stops. It is a part of self growth. I actively ensure I continuously follow CLP. Fields of teaching include: English Reception year, English Primary school, English Primary and Highschool for SEN, SEND and ALN students who are looking to improve their skills in English. I also teach English as a Second language and Business English. An achievement of mine was when one of my students won GOLD at the Shanghai Special Olympics. In January 2025, GoStudent have added AI to GoClass. AI training was completed and is boosting tutoring outcomes.
