I’m Imnan Malik, a motivated 1st year Medical Student with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. My academic strengths in A-Level Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry (achieved A/A* grades) reflect both my dedication to learning and my ability to explain complex topics clearly. Through my volunteer work as a youth worker and hospital befriender, I’ve developed patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt my approach to different individuals. I’m passionate about tutoring because I enjoy helping others understand challenging concepts, supporting their academic growth, and building their confidence in learning. I began my secondary education in 2018, where I completed 9 GCSEs with top grades (9–7 / A*–A). During my time there, I demonstrated strong academic performance across a wide range of subjects and were actively involved in the school community. Notably, I was elected Student Voice Prime Minister, a role that required people to listen to and represent your peers, lead initiatives to improve the school environment, and market school events. This experience helped me to develop confidence in public speaking, leadership, and adapting your communication style to students of different abilities. In September 2023, I attended Sixth Form, where I pursued A-levels in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry, and achieved A*AA*. These subjects require strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills, and my performance reflects both my academic diligence and passion for science and mathematics. I also hold the position of President of the Medic Society, where I chair meetings, organise keynote speaker events, and collaborate with peers to support aspiring medical students, further honing my organisational and leadership abilities.

As a current English and Film student at the University of Exeter, I have a strong passion for humanitarian subjects, in particular English and History, and would love to help other students as much as possible in recognising their own potential and discovering the beauty of learning. My main priorities when it comes to tutoring are adapting to each and every student's unique and individual learning style, as well as creating an environment that the student feels fully supported in. I am currently an undergraduate student entering my final year of English and Film at the University of Exeter. Moreover, in regards to my previous educational experience, I achieved in A* in English Literature, an A* in History and an A in Politics during my A levels at the University of Exeter. Before that, I attended a secondary school in Dubai where I achieved 11 GCSEs ranging from Grades 7-9. I am hoping to go on to achieve a Masters degree after my time as an undergraduate.

Hi! My name is Fariha Delwer and I’m a medical student at Queen’s University Belfast with a real enthusiasm for teaching and helping others learn. I have experience tutoring GCSE Science and A-Level Chemistry, and I enjoy making tricky concepts simple and approachable. I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether that’s building confidence in the basics or developing exam techniques for top grades. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and motivated to succeed. I am currently studying Medicine at Queen’s University Belfast, where I continue to build on my strong academic background in science. At A-level I studied at Bancroft's doing Chemistry, Biology, Religious Studies and an EPQ, achieving top grades (A* A* A) that reflect my commitment and ability in these subjects. At GCSEs I went to Southend High School for Girls, where I achieved nine 9s. Alongside my degree, I have developed teaching experience by tutoring GCSE Science and A-Level Chemistry, where I have learned how to explain complex ideas clearly and adapt my approach to suit different learning styles. My education has not only given me subject knowledge but also strong communication and problem-solving skills that I bring to every tutoring session.

Since joining GoStudent back in April 2023, I’ve had the incredible privilege of tutoring for over two years — and what a journey it has been! In that time, I’ve not only grown as a teacher but also as a communicator, motivator, and lifelong learner. My lessons are anything but “one-size-fits-all.” Every session is designed to spark curiosity, encourage outside-the-box thinking, and make learning genuinely enjoyable. I love giving students (and their families) the chance to shape the direction of our lessons — because when learning feels personal, progress happens naturally. For me, the most rewarding part of tutoring is watching students go from “I can’t” to “I can.” Whether it’s tackling tricky topics, preparing for exams, or simply rediscovering a love for learning, I’m here to celebrate every step forward and keep that momentum going. I studied at the UCL School of Pharmacy, where I am currently preparing to sit my final MPharm exams following a recent gap period. In October 2022, I proudly graduated with a First-Class MSci in Pharmaceutical Studies, a course that challenged me academically while also sparking my curiosity for problem-solving and research. Beyond the textbooks, I’ve always believed that learning should be creative and enjoyable. That’s why you’ll often find me making colourful, artsy study notes (which are slowly turning into a revision blog!), or bringing a creative twist into my lessons to help tricky concepts click. My education hasn’t just been about exams and grades — it’s also taught me how to stay curious, resilient, and open-minded, and I try to pass that on to every student I work with.
