Hello! I’m Alice Bennett, a licensed English teacher with 14 years of experience helping students grow into confident communicators. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education major in English, and I’ve completed the academic requirements for a Master of Arts in English Language Education. Currently, I teach Grades 7 to 10, guiding learners through some of the most formative and exciting years of their academic journey. Over the years, I’ve supported students preparing for college entrance exams as well as international assessments like IELTS and TOEFL. Working with learners from diverse backgrounds has taught me that every student has a unique story — and I take pride in finding strategies that help each one succeed in their own way. Teaching, for me, is more than a profession — it’s a passion. I love sparking curiosity, nurturing growth, and witnessing those unforgettable “aha!” moments when students discover what they’re truly capable of. I have been teaching and tutoring for 14 years, working with students across various age groups and proficiency levels. My name is Harrison, I am studying electrical engineering at the University of Nottingham. I am passionate about tutoring particularly GCSE and A level Maths. My hobbies include Jiu-Jitsu where I occasionally participate in tournaments and the robotics society at the University of Nottingham working on PCB design and control systems. I am attending the University of Nottingham studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering. At A-level I studied at New College Doncaster where I achieved an A* in Maths and Further Maths, an A in physics and a Distinction* in CTECH IT. At Secondary School I achieved four 9s out of 11 total GCSEs, the 9s being in History, French, English language and Maths. I have 2 certificates currently one being the MATLAB Onramp and the other an introductory course on C#.

Having achieved such excellent grades at GCSE and A level, I now move with care and passion in my studies, allowing myself to be prepared for upcoming challenges I may face, ensuring that I always perform to the best of my ability.

I am a marketing professional with a passion for the English language, literature, and other humanities. My love for English started at a young age and continues. I believe that English is not just a tool for communication but a beautiful art form that can inspire, educate, and entertain. With my infectious enthusiasm and love for the language, I am always looking for opportunities to share my knowledge and experience with others. My passion for English has not only helped me to excel in my career as a marketing professional but has also enriched my personal life. In the last 4 years i've fallen in love with tutoring Maths to Secondary school students. I enjoy the clear methods to get to an answer and showing workings out. Maths has become a subject i love to practice, teach and explore.
