I love finding creative ways to make lessons click, using real-world examples and fun activities to build your confidence. I hold a degree in Mathematics Education, which basically means I’ve spent years learning the best ways to make math easy for everyone. My training helps me simplify tricky topics and create a classroom where you feel supported, heard, and ready to succeed.

Hi my name is Nayab and I am an Aeronautical Engineer working in a Mechanical Engineering role. I have been teaching various students since I was 16 as I enjoyed teaching and helping others achieve their best. I have taught various students in different years and different abilities and have also been referred to many others through word of mouth mainly. This would be my second time working through a company platform. Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University. Currently working as a Graduate Engineer in Network Rail since 2022 and also filling out my chartership application. A*ABBC in A-levels including Maths and Physics, 5A*’s, 5A’s and 2Bs in GCSEs including Maths and Triple Science.

Subjects I teach: KS 1 till KS 3: Maths, Science and English GCSE: Science, Economics, Business, Sociology A-Level : Psychology, Business, Economics and Law Higher Level: Business management, Psychology, Law -Exam Board experience Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, Cambridge and ACCA SEND(Special Education Needs and Disability) experience: Children with autism and students that may have trouble focusing on tasks for any length of time without being easily distracted. Preferred student age group: All age groups. In my classes, I make sure that the lesson is first clearly explained to the students, beginning with the basics and making sure they understand it. From there, I build on that knowledge but most importantly, a foundation should be built

I am an experienced maths tutor based in Glasgow. I received my maths degree from the University of Glasgow and have tutored and range of age groups from primary school age, through to high school and also undergraduate. I am passionate about learning and believe that learning is about enjoyment and practicality. I enjoy helping people succeed and ultimately seeing people become more confident within themselves. I have a honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Glasgow with a particular specialisation in applied mathematics and am currently working towards my second degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Stirling.
