Hello! My name is Jhuzen, but you can call me Zen. I’m a dedicated Math tutor with over five years of experience specializing in Algebra and Geometry. I’m passionate about making math both accessible and enjoyable, and I always strive to adapt my teaching style to fit each student’s individual needs. I believe that with the right support, anyone can improve their math skills and gain confidence. I have a strong desire to travel the world and immerse myself in different cultures, learning from each place I visit. In my downtime, I enjoy watching a variety of videos and movies, especially ones that broaden my horizons or simply bring a bit of fun to my day. I hold a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, but my true passion lies in teaching mathematics. I feel entirely confident in this subject, and this is reflected in my ability to present complex concepts in a straightforward and highly effective way. My goal is to make math accessible and engaging for students of all levels and abilities, adapting my teaching style to meet their unique needs and learning preferences.

Preferred student age group: Primary, GCSE, A-level I absolutely love teaching and in an effort to facilitate learning among younger children I have joined GoStudent. In pursuit of my ambition to become a Software Engineer, I strongly believe tutoring gives me the opportunity to communicate and express scientific ideas. I enjoy watching health documentaries, movies, hanging out with friends and taking long walks at the beach. I am a qualified chiropractor, currently running my own practice in South Africa. I have a masters degree in Chiropractic, which I obtained from the Durban University of Technology. I am also a qualified online English teacher, I obtained my online teaching qualification from the TEFL Academy, UK. I have tutored a lot of students over the past 3 years, helping them learn how to write and understand essays, reports on projects, poems, short stories, assignments and many other academic and English related tasks.
