I’m a medical student with a passion for teaching Biology, Science, and Maths at primary and GCSE levels. Almost 10 years in higher education, I’ve learned two key things: 1) Every student can succeed with the right teaching approach, and 2) Learning should be active, using techniques like spaced repetition and active recall. I focus on breaking down complex topics, using examples, mnemonics, and past papers to help students understand. I’m patient and adaptable, always ready to find new ways to explain concepts if needed. Outside of academics, I’m passionate about sports, gaming, and tech. I’ve coached an under-15 basketball team and teach guitar at my church, which helps me connect with students and build trust to boost their confidence and performance. I graduated from Glasgow in 2020 with a 2:1 in Biomedical Sciences and am currently pursuing a medical degree. My strong academic background in Maths, Biology, Chemistry, English, and Geography enables me to offer well-rounded and insightful tutoring.

Hi my name is Dami, 1st class biomedical science graduate as well as a graduate entry medical student. I’ve always had a love for sciences maths and literature from a young age but I struggled to find the right study methods to succeed in these subjects. I am a first class biomedical science student alongside being a second year medical student studying abroad. I also have 11A*-A GCSE subjects with A*s in history, English language and literature, religious studies and geography, and As in all three sciences I also attained AAB in my a-levels in geography, biology and chemistry

Levels and subjects you teach: I can teach maths at A level and lower Exam boards experience: AQA , Edexcel Preferred student age group: GCSE/A Level I use my communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts in simple terms. My responsibility in my role, is to assist students when help is required. I have gained skills in time management and teamwork. Also I have experienced professionalism and have had to be flexible and resilient to complete a given task. Dedicated professional student currently studying towards A Mathematics degree at Queen Mary University of London. Having achieved such excellent grades at GCSE and A level, I now move with care and passion in my studies, allowing myself to be prepared for upcoming challenges I may face, ensuring that I always perform to the best of my ability. Hi, I'm Sumaya and I'm currently studying Biomedical Engineering and have a strong passion for maths and the sciences. I’ve done some tutoring in the past and really enjoy helping others build confidence and clarity in subjects that can sometimes feel overwhelming. I’ve just completed my second year studying Biomedical Engineering at King’s College London. For my A-levels, I chose Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry.
