Hi! My name is April Jane, and I’ve been teaching Math and English for over six years. I love tutoring because it gives me the chance to help students grow in confidence, build real-world skills, and discover that learning can actually be fun and rewarding. I teach both English and Math, using clear explanations, interactive activities, and real-life examples so my students don’t just memorize but truly understand. I especially enjoy working with primary and high school learners, guiding them to reach their goals step by step. Outside the classroom, I enjoy baking sweet treats and watching mystery shows, which often spark my creativity and problem-solving skills. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Western Leyte College, where I developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. For A-Levels, I chose to pursue Biology, English Literature and Politics, which not only deepened my subject knowledge but also developed my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. I am looking forward to studying law at university in October.
