I’m a passionate math tutor with a Master’s degree and over 7 years of experience, dedicated to transforming math from daunting to delightful! My name is Saffron, and I am a 2nd year Neuroscience student at the University of Manchester. Getting into this course at a Russel Group University required stellar GCSE and A Level grades which I was able to achieve through thorough and dedicated studies and personal teaching. I believe that active learning through frequent recall, question and answer sessions and flashcards is the best way to retain information. Tutoring English Literature and Language for Junior Cycle, Leaving Certificate, GSCEs, and A-Levels. About me: Naturally, I have an endless passion for English, both teaching and studying. I have been tutoring for over three years and have completed over 800 tutoring lessons. I know the British and Irish courses inside out by now. My focus has always been on essay writing skills and academic writing, as I believe that improving your delivery is the quickest way to improve your English grades. Aside from teaching English, I have a huge passion for sailing, and I work as a magazine and story editor!
