I worked towards an undergraduate education degree where I qualified as a an educator, specialising in English. After working a year, I decided to apply for a part-time postgraduate degree in education, where I focused on learning about inclusive education and educational psychology. I also wrote a research paper about improving teaching strategies in the classroom. After deciding to move to France, I then took a course for how to teach English online to all age groups, from young children to adults. I also completed an advanced grammar and business English course. Currently, I'm teaching Cambridge English to young children and teenagers. I help students prepare for IGCES, GCSES and A levels. I also teach ESL to all age groups. At the moment, I am learning French and I'm currently on a B1 level in my language development.

I achieved an A* in Spanish at both GCSE and A-level, as well as a first-class degree specialising in French and Spanish Interpreting and Translation, and have tutored Spanish A-level students (CCEA Northern Ireland Specification) for two years. I look forward to helping you to reach your Spanish language goals :) I achieved 9A* at GCSE and A*A*A at A-level. I then decided to specialise in languages, studying an MA (Hons) in Translation and Interpretation (French and Spanish) at Heriot-Watt University. I completed a year abroad, studying at Université Lyon Lumiere 2 and Universidad de Granada.

Hi, I'm Alice! I'm currently a university student, so I know first-hand how tricky it can be when you're struggling to grasp a topic. I have four years of tutoring experience, working with a wide range of age groups and abilities. My name is Ellie, and I am a student at Newcastle University. Despite studying Accounting and Finance, I still love all things English and Maths. Whether I'm doing cryptic crosswords or sudokus, I believe that challenging your brain is the most entertaining activity.
