I achieved A* in Economics and A's in Biology and Chemistry in my recent A-levels. I have always had a passion for Mathematics and I am excited to share my love for maths with you. I have recently finished my A levels and now am studying a bachelors of science in Economics at the University of Bristol. On a personal level, I enjoy playing football and Golf. Hello! I'm Fintan, I'm a 2nd year student at Cardiff University studying Financial Mathematics (BSc) - Primarily a further development into the field of Maths, with some time spent learning about Corporate management and Investment Management. My teaching approach focuses on consolidating knowledge and encouraging critical thinking. To excel in A-Level Maths, it is important to not only know the content, but for it to feel like second nature, so that when it comes to higher level questions, you can identify and apply the methods confidently.
