I am a first year biomedical science student at Queen Mary University of London. I have a passion for science and mathematics and enjoy being able to help others achieve their unique goals. I have had a years worth of experiencing in tutoring people between the ages of 5 and 16 years old and I am looking forward to being able to work with a wider range of students. I studies for my GCSEs at Westcliff High School for Girls and achieved the grades 9998888776. I then studied my A Levels (maths, biology and chemistry) at Southend High School for Girls where I achieved ABB. I am now currently in my first year of studying an undergraduate degree at Queen Mary University of London for biomedical sciences. I have spent a year with the company KipMcGrath where I was a student tutor for people between the ages of 5 and 16 years old in subjects including English, Mathematics and Science.

Hi James here, from South Africa. After 20 years of secondary school classroom teaching in English and History, I am branching out into online teaching. I taught in London, at Walthamstow for my probationary year in 1991, and have since taught in South Africa, in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. I am a published poet, and author. My first novel, ARAM OF EDOM is doing really well. I run Parkrun, grow and sell organic vegetables, and enjoy wilderness walking. So, I battled when I was at school, with special learning needs, but I have managed to do well after school, earning B.A (1985) and B. Ed (1996) degrees, at Wits University in Johannesburg. I have a Masters Degree in Theology (Regent College, Vancouver, B.C., 2001) and a PhD in Church History (University of KwaZulu-Natal, 2016). I am a great believer that education happens every day for our whole lives. Language opens doors to learn new things every day. I especially enjoy learning new things about English, or about how we learn, in every single GoStudent lesson.
