I have been tutoring online since April 2018, predominantly helping overseas students learn English as a foreign language. Having been diagnosed with severe dyslexia when I was young, I have always had an affinity with those who struggle with education, and have had to develop my own way to learn efficiently, and use this experience to help others. In my free time, I enjoy exploring nature, reading science articles, and experimenting with new ideas, which keeps my mind curious and creative. I graduated with a degree in Biology Education, where I gained a strong foundation in scientific concepts, teaching strategies, and classroom management. With 2 years of face-to-face teaching experience, I have designed and delivered engaging lessons, hands-on experiments, and interactive activities that cater to diverse learning styles. I strive to create a supportive, motivating classroom environment that encourages every student to develop critical thinking, curiosity, and a lifelong love of science while achieving their full potential.

Hi there! I have over 4 years experience tutoring a range of subjects. My specialties are maths, physics, chemistry and Spanish, which I've mostly taught at A-Level and GCSE tiers. I have a BA in mathematics which I studied alongside tutoring, so I can appreciate teaching from both sides of the classroom. Much of my experience revolves around helping students to prepare for exams, and working through past papers together is an invaluable tool for this. I'm also very passionate about my subjects, with STEM I've always had a deep personal interest in how the Universe works, and I've always loved Spain and seeing how the logic in different languages works. I enjoy explaining what I know to others, which puts me in a good position to be a tutor. It's also great to see students progressing over time. My tutoring method is based around giving the student the tools they need and guiding them to solve problems themselves, rather than simply being told the answers. I believe this process helps students to learn how to think critically, and thus become more independent and able to solve problems on their own in the future. kgalalelo is a 30 year old Civil Engineering technologist who lives in the North West province of South Africa. I enjoy reading, running, playing sports such as basketball and swimming as well as creating art through drawing and painting. I am highly passionate about education and learning new things, and I look forward to passing down my knowledge in education to assist you in your everyday studies. I have obtained a National Diploma in Civil Engineering at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology with the intentions of furthering my studies in the year 2026. My most recent employment was an Assistant Site Manager in a Civil engineering construction company. My other previous occupations were civil engineering intern, library assistant and civil engineering site technician.
