Hi! My name is Aisha and I am a second-year medical student who really enjoys helping students feel more confident in their learning. I remember how stressful school and exams can feel, so I try to be the kind of tutor I would have wanted myself- patient, encouraging, and easy to talk to. Hi! I'm Favour, I have experience tutoring students who are studying English language and Literature for their GCSE's. As a tutor I aim to breakdown questions & lessons to go along with the students' pace. During lessons I use the students interest to channel their learning & I am patient to ensure they get the most of the time. For example I once used a students' sports interest to breakdown the structure question in the AQA language paper 1 question 3. What I love the most about tutoring (apart from spreading knowledge of course) is getting to know, learn and see students develop. I am known by my peers to be a highly enthusiastic, young healthcare student with a positive attitude towards learning. I have a keen interest in helping pupils excel in their studies by making it easier for them to reach their goals through an adaptable teaching style to meet each student’s needs. Besides academia, I am someone who is passionate about learning languages, as well as playing sports like Badminton and playing guitar. Hello! I am Riddhi. I was a graduate student studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Edinburgh 2021-22 and have now switched to web development recently. I am particularly interested in teaching Physics as well as Mathematics, as I can confidently claim that I have developed a deep intuition for both of these disciplines over the years. I believe that learning both Maths and Physics can be made into a fun process if taught accurately! I have done a Post-graduation course in Theoretical Physics. Apart from my personal education, my tutoring expertise lies in teaching Physics from Year 8 till Year 13, as well as teaching Maths till Year 9. I have been in the tutoring profession for past 5 years now. My greatest achievement so far would be getting a student from zero interest in studying Physics, to teaching them beyond their current year curriculum within just months. Being a Masters student, I understand the necessity for learning certain conventions (the hardest bit for a lot of students) in Physics and Maths, understanding which makes students grasp the subject matter much more efficiently.
