Hi, I'm Muneeb! I'm an aspiring medic with 2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience, including tutoring for GCSEs. I tutor GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Maths, and I would also be happy to tutor for UCAT preparation (I achieved a 99th percentile score). I love getting to know my students, so I can bond with them while delivering a personalised teaching approach - including visual aids, analogies, and regular understanding checks - and whatever else you have in mind, I'd be happy to implement. I make sure to reflect on lessons and improve wherever I can in order to efficiently deliver the most beneficial lessons possible. I achieved grade 9s in GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Maths, plus an A in FSMQ Additional Mathematics. I have also achieved grade As in these subjects at A-level, as well as an A in AS Further Maths. Feel free to reach out! I did both my GCSEs and A-levels at Aylesbury Grammar School. I achieved grades 9-7 (A*-A) in all 11 of my GCSEs, and an A (highest grade) in FSMQ Additional Mathematics. I achieved AAA in A-levels Biology, Chemistry and Maths, and I also achieved an A in AS Further Maths. I also participated in the UKMT Senior Mathematics Challenge and received a Silver Award. I have applied to UK medical schools for university, and I got 2570 (out of 2700) B2 in the UCAT, the UK medical school entrance exam, which is a 99th+ percentile score.

One of my favourite things to do is helping people learn. And not just forcefully learning and memorising, but learning in a way they understand. Learning in a way easiest and least challenging for them as an individual. I love teaching Maths because I think it’s amazing how there are so many different ways to get to the correct answer. So even if you might not understand how one way works, that’s absolutely okay because that’s not the only way to the answer. Whichever way works for you in understanding how to get to the answer, is the way we’ll figure out and work with together. And once we do it together, you’ll have the confidence and knowledge to do it independently. That being said, I also love Biology and Chemistry because science is also great. And believe it or not, but the answers are usually easier to find than you’d think. Whether you're wanting to excel and get the top grade, or wanting to pass a subject you're not really in love with, I think everyone has the potential to achieve what they want and continue to advance forward in life. Including you. Whether you believe it or not, you have the potential and ability to succeed. Even if you might need a little help or nudge in seeing that ability, that’s absolutely fine – and I would love to be that person to help give you that encouragement in seeing your potential. We've got this. You’ve got this!

My name is Rebecca and I am from South Wales, United Kingdom. I have experienced living in different places around the UK and I lived in London for several years, which was an amazing experience to meet people from international countries and learn many things about their culture and interests too. I enjoy cooking at home, as formally I have trained on the job as a professional chef, mainly in seafood/fish restaurants and Japanese cuisine. Also, I like going for a walk down the coastline and taking in the scenic views, photography and sometimes video gaming when the time arises. For over a year, I have been teaching English online as a second language to Taiwanese and Chinese students, both juniors and adults. Which became an interest whilst I was teaching sushi classes in London. I decided to advance onto teaching specifically English and conversational topics chosen by students, to further improve their overall English language. From education I gained a TEFL level 5 teaching qualification and a BSc (Hons) in Food and Consumer Management from Birmingham University. Which focused on live industry projects within the FMCG sector, nutrition and the business elements within the food industry. I enjoy cooking at home, particularly Japanese cuisine and seafood dishes that I learnt previously as a professional chef.
