Hello! My name is Stephanie Mazambi and I’m in my second year at King’s College London studying Medicine. Hi, I am a first year law student at the University of Warwick. I have a strong passion for humans which led me to pursue law as a degree. I thoroughly enjoyed studying psychology during A Levels and have developed a deep passion for the subject. I am a recent graduate with a masters degree in physics from the University of Manchester, currently working as a theoretical physics researcher. I also have experience giving one on one classes to an A level physics student in London. I have always loved maths and physics and feel as though the key is to find the way of understanding the subject that works for you, and this is my approach to tutoring. I am also a big lover of music and food and spend a lot of my free time cooking and eating. I obtained A*s at A-level in physics, maths and spanish and went on to study an MPhys in physics at the University of Manchester, specialising in theoretical physics, from which I graduated with a first class degree. KS1/2/3: Mathematics, Science GSCE: Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics Hey all, I'm a recent graduate having studied chemistry at university and currently applying for masters courses. Having had some tutoring myself during my GSCE period, I know how much of a nerve wracking experience it is for both students and parents, with my lessons focusing on teaching best based on the students learning style, I hope to put those nerves at ease. I also enjoy constructing model kits (Gundam) and speak Korean fluently as although I was born in the UK, my parents came from South Korea. After 20 years of secondary school classroom teaching in English and History, I am branching out into online teaching. I taught in London, at Walthamstow for my probationary year in 1991, and have since taught in South Africa, in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. I run Parkrun, grow and sell organic vegetables, and enjoy wilderness walking. After A Bachelor of Arts in History and English, at Wits University in Johannesburg in 1984, I did a postgraduate Higher Diploma in Education, in English and History. I then taught in London and South Africa for nine years, during which time I qualified with a Bachelor of Education in Applied Linguistics, from Wits University. In 1998, my family and I went to Vancouver, British Columbia, for me to study a Masters Degree in Theology. We returned to SA in 2002. In 2016, I graduated with a PhD in History, at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I am currently enrolled for my TTA TEFL certificate, Level 5, to qualify and teach EFL, from April 2025.
