I have taught at The Grange School – an Independent school situated in Hartford, Cheshire. I was at the school for 23 years of which 16 were Head of Department and have just recently taken early retirement. I have taught 11-18 years old and at A level have experience of all examination boards. I gained a place at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne after gaining 4 A Levels in the course of a year. Is gained a first class degree in History and followed this up by gaining a PGCE and began teaching in 2000. I have expertise at all levels and have worked with children with Special Educational Needs such as dyslexia, I am an avid Newcastle United fan which has not been easy in the past but is definitely getting better.
