I have been teaching English online for over three-years now. This has included English as a foreign language and GCSE/ A level English literature and language. I graduated last year with a first-class degree in English literature and Language in Cardiff University and received a scholarship in my second year for being the best performing pupil in my cohort. English teaching has long been a passion of mine and my role has evolved to encompass academic writing support, something that I feel should be taught in school and is sought after by examiners across all exam boards. Hello, I am a stop motion animator and aspiring filmmaker based in Scotland. Stop motion has allowed me to focus on my passion for storytelling and combines my love of literature, theatre and art. I absolutely adore stories: reading them, watching them, and capturing them myself. I am dyslexic and it has taken me time to develop all of the studying tips and tricks that I now have the privilege to share with others. I’m also a keen gardener, baker and painter. I have a first class joint honours Master of Arts in English literature and Film & Visual Culture from the University of Aberdeen. I was given the Seafield medal for English and the Film 23’ prize for my dissertation. I also studied Geology, Geography and Ecology as elective subjects at university. I also recently completed the Aardman Academy animation courses SM1 and SM2. I did GCSE’s and IGCSE’s followed by the International Baccalaureate at St Leonard’s High School and attended the Royal Conservatoire Juniors Production program alongside. I am originally from England. I have lived in England all my life and was born there , i have also studied in 4 different schools and one college also. I have also been working secularly since i was 17 in a joiners shop making furniture. Since covid began and my boss retired i started working as a handyman and being my own boss. Then I met a girl from Spain called Sora, we began talking everyday. Now we are married and living in Tarragona in Spain. Here in Spain i have been teaching English conversation. Helping my students by giving them practice in speaking lessons and culture lessons too. I enjoy teaching and have been doing so on donation basis in order to help my students. These lessons that i have been conducting have sharpened my teaching methods.
