Hi! My name is Lucy and I'm 22 years old from the North East. I am currently completing my Masters in Developmental Psychology and have a deep interest in education and teaching. My background in psychology has helped me to gain a deep understanding of how young people learn and how best to explain tricky concepts. In my free time I enjoy reading, pilates and spending time with my dog! While I found the rigid exam structure of psychology at A-levels tricky, diving into the discipline at uni has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of how the exam boards trip students up, and how to best help students to excel in rigid exams.

I'm currently an undergraduate student studying aero-mechanical engineering! I am particularly passionate about space exploration and love everything to do with physics. I am a 2nd year Maths student at the University of Warwick, with a particular interest in Algebra and Modelling. I have done lots of tutoring for A-level Maths and Further Maths students. Outside of academics, I am a cross country and long distance runner, competing for my university and have completed multiple half marathons and even a marathon. Hi! I am a current medical student who enjoys and is passionate about learning. I am hoping to help develop a similar love for learning within tutees that motivates them to want to understand what they are learning.
