In my previous roles at Amazon, I was initially an agent providing service to Italian customers and Amazon delivery drivers. I then progressed to being an Italian Training Specialist for Amazon and designed, lead and delivered the Italian customer service and driver support training to employees both virtually and at their offices in Cagliari Sardinia. I led both onsite and virtual training initiatives, including comprehensive 3–4week onboarding programs followed by 5-week coaching pathways in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This has all been achieved by adopting a warm, open and supportive training experience.
