Hi, I'm Mona! A little about me; I tutor Primary and GCSE-level students in English. Right now, I'm more focused on GCSE students. I have in-depth knowledge in English literature from Shakespearean plays like Macbeth to War and Conflict Poems, and more. I'm fluent in English, write a lot, and I absolutely love creative writing so that comes in handy when guiding students through revision for the English Language Paper. I'm also familiar with exam boards such as AQA, Edexcel, and Eduqas. What I love most about my tutoring sessions is that from the onset, my students and I try to make learning not feel like a chore. We strive to not only achieve the educational goals we set out but we make it so that the main objective is to learn and understand, not just pass a test. I'm open-minded and firmly believe there is no such thing as a person who can't be taught. Each student is different from the next and all anyone really needs is the right kind of guidance. I am currently in University for my Bachelor's but I graduated from the equivalent of UK A-Levels with honours. My curriculum was English, Arts, and Humanities-centered so I had subjects such as Media and Information Literacy, Research Writing, Creative Fiction and Non-Fiction, Contemporary Art, etc. I used to write for a travel blog and was the assistant to the managerial editor of a newspaper company so I proofread, edited, and wrote articles a lot.

Hi there! I'm a graduate in science and I am hoping to become a doctor in the future! Right now, I'm learning a lot by working in a care home and schools across North East. I enjoy tutoring students in science at a local center. I believe in making science fun and easy, because there is really nothing you can't understand when explained properly. I migrated during my GCSEs so did not complete the full qualifications, however did sit the exams unofficially to pass Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics to enter A levels, where I completed Biology Chemistry and Physics. I have completed my studies, and hope to pursue medicine in the near future.

I love to travel, read, eat and try new activities! I like learning about different cultures and the history behind the cultures. I took up running during the pandemic and my aim is to one day run a half marathon and once that's achieved, run a full marathon. I love teaching and am very passionate about it. I'm 23 years old and graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
