Hi, I'm Shannon. I'm originally from Northern Ireland but I have lived in Scotland, France, Spain and now I reside in sunny Manchester. I have taught English, French and Spanish in Secondary Schools for the last few years. I believe that teaching cultural aspects alongside language is vital and I find that using music and TV are excellent ways to stay engaged with a language too. Eventually, I went on to attend King Edward VI Grammar School (KEGS), a school consistently ranked in the top 10 schools in the UK. At GCSE level, I gained five grade 9's, four grade 8's and three grade 7's. This includes a grade 9 in all subjects that I tutor. At A-level, I gained A*, A*, A, B in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and EPQ.
