Hi! I am currently a second-year student at Leeds University studying Zoology. I have a passion for biology but, more specifically, animal biology. I hope to eventually pursue a career in conservation or the study of animal behaviour. My first year at university was almost completely virtual. I, therefore, have first-hand experience with online learning and I can appreciate that it may be more difficult to engage with learning over a computer. My year has taught me many valuable things but something I have certainly picked up is what works online; I am eager to make these lessons engaging and interesting. At primary school level, I am able to teach in any subject, I also have experience with the 11+, having passed and attended a Grammar School. I am looking to teach mostly English Literature and Biology. Despite this, having achieved an A* grade in Chemistry, Physics, French, Spanish, ICT and Maths, as well as English Language and Biology, and an A grade in English Literature and Geography in my GCSEs, I am comfortable in all of these subjects.
