I am an English Intervention Tutor in a UK secondary school, with a BA in English with Creative Writing. I have a National Tutoring Programme certificate and I am also TEFL qualified. I have over two years’ experience of tutoring and over two years’ experiences as a TEFL teacher. I know that the road to higher education is not easy. In fact, GCSE and A-level years were really tough for me. I know things can be overwhelming at this level and I aim to do everything I can to help students along the way. With lots of hard work, I managed to achieve A*s in both A Level and GCSE English. I also achieved best in my year in my undergraduate degree. My name is Charlie and i would love to help you feel more confident in your efforts to learn english to a higher level. I will tell you a brief story of why i am an english teacher. I am originally from England. I have lived in England all my life and was born there , i have also studied in 4 different schools and one college also. I have also been working secularly since i was 17 in a joiners shop making furniture. Since covid began and my boss retired i started working as a handyman and being my own boss. Then I met a girl from Spain called Sora, we began talking everyday. Now we are married and living in Tarragona in Spain. Here in Spain i have been teaching English conversation. Helping my students by giving them practice in speaking lessons and culture lessons too. I enjoy teaching and have been doing so on donation basis in order to help my students. Hi, I’m Henry - a 3rd year Mechanical Engineering student studying at Imperial. I offer tutoring services for A level, GCSE and KS3 Maths and Physics along with university application guidance. I have a strong background in Maths and Physics, with A*A at A-Level, and I’m currently applying these subjects in applied engineering. I enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking, and almost anything else that gets me outside and being active. I also love to relax with a good book on a quite day or evening.
