Hello! :) My name is Cécile and I am twenty-five years of age. In 2021, I graduated from De Montfort University, Leicester with a Bachelors Degree in Drama. I am currently working full-time as an Insurance Consultant whilst also supporting students on their academic journeys (big highlight of the week)! :) I started tutoring during my A-Levels (from 2016 to 2018) and it was here where I started helping year seven or eights (who were struggling with their English homework), during my free periods. The tutoring then progressed to University. I also did teaching modules within my degree (to which, I received a First) and started teaching English and French to private students, throughout the nearby Leicester area. I myself have done the 11+ exam entrance exam, alongside a different entrance exam for my local Grammer school. The 11+ can be daunting, especially the non-verbal reasoning, but I believe this can be overcome during fun activities, such as puzzles and word games. Through my childhood I have loved completing word puzzles, I have many fond memories of doing word searches with my grandfather, suduko with my father and crossword puzzles with my grandmother. I believe this has broadened my perspective on life and allows me to problem solve more efficiently.
