I am a modern pragmatic thinker, and I bring this active, philosophical approach directly into every lesson. My goal is to move beyond simply memorizing formulas and facts; instead, we explore how environments shape minds, how ideas become action, and how education becomes a living experiment. I believe true learning is not passive—it is a continuous process of discovery and adaptation. My teaching focuses on intentional structuring, ensuring that your learning environment is optimized to produce measurable all round growth. I hold a BSc in Pure Physics from Delta State University, a discipline that instilled a rigorous, first-principles command of mathematics, analytical thinking, and the fundamental laws governing the universe. This degree demanded intensive problem-solving, providing me with the expertise necessary to teach complex foundational subjects like Calculus, Mechanics, and Advanced Physics with absolute clarity and precision. Building on this theoretical base, I pursued a Masters in Business Intelligence and Big Data at the University of Greenwich, London UK. This advanced study shifted my focus from purely theoretical problems to practical, real-world application. It emphasized how to use advanced statistics, data modeling, and cutting-edge analytical tools to extract meaningful, actionable insights from complex systems.

I’m a mechanical engineering student who enjoys learning, staying active, and improving at things over time. Outside academics, I train Muay Thai and play squash, which keeps me disciplined and focused. I’m naturally curious, patient, and I like explaining ideas in a way that actually makes sense to people. I value consistency, good communication, and personal growth, both in and out of education. I try to bring a calm, supportive energy to everything I do, because people learn best when they feel comfortable and understood. I teach A-Level Maths, and GCSE Maths, Chemistry and Physics. Dixons City Academy - achieved GCSEs 999999888777 Bradford Grammar School - achieved A-Levels A*A*AAA in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Design Technology and Chemistry respectively. Hi, Im Lia! I'm a second year psychology student at Loughborough University. Studying psychology, I am constantly learning about people and the way that our brains work both individually and together. This includes studying the most effective ways to learn and recall information. My AS and A-Levels consisted of 3 core subjects, so I have an array of expertise when it comes to exam technique. With my goal of becoming a secondary teacher, I am really looking forward to bringing my passion and enthusiasm to the virtual classroom. I already have a few years experience tutoring secondary students, so have discovered firsthand the best ways to engage and assist my students in whatever way they need. I am a strong believer in the importance of practicing exam questions and their structure when it comes to revision. Therefore within my sessions, I will discuss areas and topics that you may be finding more difficult, find a new way to explain it to you, and finally complete as many past paper questions surrounding the topic, to ensure that you receive all the marks, and therefore the grades that you deserve. I'm excited to hear from you! I studied an AS in Maths (Grade A), and essential core subjects at A-level: English Literature and Language (Grade A*), Psychology (Grade A*) and Biology (Grade A). I am currently studying BSc Psychology at Loughborough University, and once having graduated next year, am look to further my teaching career by completing a secondary PGCE in Science with Biology at University of Cambridge.
