I'm Klersa, I am studying Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh. I studied biology, chemistry and physics at A level and I obtained A*AA. I enjoy tutoring and helping students improve their understanding of the subjects they struggle with, by personalising my teaching method to their needs. I think students can grow to love science subjects with the right help! I teach biology, physics, chemistry, and science at GCSE level and biology and chemistry at A level. I have experience with AQA, OCR A, and Edexcel exam boards. In my free time I enjoy hiking, attending live music and theatre events and reading books! I am an undergrad student at the University of Edinburgh. I study Neuroscience, which involves a lot of chemistry and biology. I hold A-level qualifications in physics, biology and chemistry with grades A*AA, demonstrating a strong knowledge of these subjects. My A-level results reflect my dedication to academic excellence and my passion for sciences as well as a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving. During my A levels I carried out multiple presentations, explaining key topics to my fellow classmates as part of a flipped learning program, favourable ones being on explaining intricate biological processes, such as the propagation of action potentials through synapses, amongst others.

Hi, I’m Anna Montclaire, an energetic and passionate Science teacher! I love helping students explore literature and language in fun, creative ways. My goal is to make learning exciting through lively discussions, role-playing, and multimedia projects, sparking curiosity and confidence in my students. In my free time, I enjoy watching anime and jogging every morning, which keeps me energized and inspired throughout the day. I graduated with a degree in Agricultural Chemistry. My studies provided a strong foundation in teaching methods, linguistics, and literature. I learned to plan engaging lessons, manage classrooms effectively, and adapt my teaching to different learning styles, making sure every student feels encouraged and empowered.

I am a chemical engineering student at the University of Cambridge. I primarily teach Maths and Science subjects, up to and including A Level. I am an adaptable teacher, capable of tailoring lessons to meet each students needs, in order to increase their understanding as well as perform better in exams. I am a self-motivated, organised and determined individual with qualified teacher status from completing a PGCE in secondary physics and science. I'm currently studying for my Master's in Cancer Biology, a field I'm interested in, with the ultimate goal of becoming a clinical scientist. I believe that science should be accessible to everyone, and I really dislike it when people "gatekeep" scientific knowledge. My goal is to make learning engaging and manageable, helping you build confidence and achieve your goals through a personalised approach. Having dyslexia myself, I'm particularly passionate about using newfound ways to teach students with special educational needs (SEN), particularly non-verbal ASD, ADHD and Dyslexia. Outside of my studies and teaching, I love to relax and get creative. You might find me rollerskating, crocheting, or curled up with a good book and a cup of tea. I'm a big animal lover, and while I can't have a pet of my own right now, I enjoy pet-sitting for friends. I'm also interested in languages; I've completed a TEFL course, taught English to refugees and completed two beginner language courses, in Russian and Polish. My passion for teaching grew, leading me to pursue a PGCE at Sheffield Hallam University. I completed two school placements, gaining valuable classroom experience over a total of nine months. Although unforeseen personal circumstances prevented me from finishing my PGCE, I remained dedicated to helping students. I continued tutoring through the National Tutoring Programme and the local authority, working with students who couldn't attend mainstream school due to various needs, including SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health). This rewarding experience led me to a short teaching contract at a special educational provision. There, I taught small groups of students with similar backgrounds. It was in this role that I truly discovered my most effective teaching style: a personalised, one-on-one approach. This method allows me to focus on each student's unique needs, helping them build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I'm now studying for my MRes in Cancer Biology at Nottingham Trent University, but my commitment to providing tailored, impactful education remains a priority. I'm excited to bring my experience and passion to our sessions.

I can assist with complex mathematical problems and I enjoy teaching physics as I am also a private tutor. I have 8 GCSEs physics-5 chemistry-5 Biology-5 religious studies-7 English language-5 English literature-4 mathematics-5. I have also done 3 A levels, A level physics-C A level applied physics bio and chem- merit. A level sociology D. Writing wasn’t my strong suit. Now I’m currently enrolled in university doing mechanical engineering. I'm getting high 80 and 95 percent's on all my physics and maths exams.
