Hi, I’m Teacher Joyce, an energetic and passionate English teacher who believes that learning language should be both meaningful and enjoyable. I specialize in helping students build confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking. For me, English is more than just grammar rules and vocabulary—it’s a powerful tool for self-expression, creativity, and connection with the world. I am currently an undergraduate at Loughborough University studying Robotics Engineering. I am interested in satellites and fighter jets and mathematics is my favourite subject. I’m an athlete and love fitness, and have been an academic for the longest. I love research and solving very hard maths problems. I love music and everything in between My highest level of qualification is a levels where I studied Mathematics, Maths and Physics as well as taking AS chemistry in year 12. I also took my GCSE’s where I did mathematics and science and further maths gcse with grades ranging from 8-9. Currently I am doing a masters in Robotics, Mechatronics and Control engineering

Hello! My name is Abz, and I provide 1:1 GCSE and KS3 Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics tuition across all major exam boards (AQA, OCR and Edexcel to name a few). With over four years of tutoring experience and having achieved A* in A level Biology, Maths and Chemistry, I help students build confidence with a calm and patient approach, close knowledge gaps and improve exam performance with regular exam questions in our lessons. Lessons are fully personalised to target knowledge gaps with clear explanations using diagrams and the interactive online whiteboard.
