I have been tutoring with GoStudent for almost a year now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a current Sunday-School teacher and former volunteer with several youth charities. I also have two years of classroom experience with Years 2 and 3, but am happy to work with children of any age, teaching English, Maths, History, Latin, and RE. Hi everyone, my name's Saoban, but you can call me Sao. I’m a medical student whose focus is on Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, but I can teach a range of subjects. My academic background is science-focused, which medicine requires a strong foundation in. I apply this directly in my teaching. Outside of teaching and medicine, I’m interested in fitness, health science, and personal development. I enjoy understanding how the body works and how small improvements compound over time - I find the same principle applies to studying. Hi, I’m Udit! I’m currently working as a Lecturer in Medical Sciences at the University of Lancashire. I hold a PhD in Chemistry and was awarded the prestigious Marie Curie PhD Fellowship — a highly competitive international research scholarship. I also have a Master’s degree in Chemistry (with Distinction) and a First Division Bachelor’s in Chemistry. Over the past ten years, I’ve taught Science at GCSE, A Level, and undergraduate levels. I previously taught at Bedford College, where I worked closely with students studying for AQA and OCR exams. I now teach undergraduate Chemistry at university level, and I’m passionate about helping students build a deep and lasting understanding of the subject. In my lessons, I focus on strengthening core concepts so students can approach more complex ideas with confidence. I like to begin by working through a few basic questions to identify areas of focus, and then tailor the lesson accordingly. My sessions usually include discussion, problem-solving, and past paper practice, always with your goals in mind. Later, I moved to the UK to pursue a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Lancashire. My doctoral research focused on improving the stability of materials used in solar panels and electronic devices. Through this, I gained hands-on experience with advanced laboratory methods and international research facilities. Alongside my academic background, I have taught science across various levels. I previously taught GCSE Science, A Level Chemistry, and Applied Science courses at Bedford College, where I also led the T Level Science programme and supported curriculum development. I now work as an Associate Lecturer in Medical Sciences at the University of Lancashire. My main area of expertise is Chemistry, particularly physical and inorganic chemistry, but I also have a solid understanding of Biology and experience supporting students across all science disciplines.
