Hi! My name is Aisha and I am a second-year medical student who really enjoys helping students feel more confident in their learning. I remember how stressful school and exams can feel, so I try to be the kind of tutor I would have wanted myself- patient, encouraging, and easy to talk to. I am calm, approachable, and always happy to explain things more than once if needed. I believe learning works best in a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My aim is not just to help with the subject content, but to build confidence, motivation, and good study habits along the way. Outside of studying medicine, I enjoy reading, learning languages, practising yoga, and spending time with friends. I am a second-year medical student with a strong aca...

I’m a first-year Business student at Nottingham and an International Baccalaureate graduate, offering friendly and reliable tutoring. I understand exam pressure and workload, and I help students build confidence, clear understanding, and strong study habits. Alongside academics, I’ve represented Scotland at U21 netball, so I bring discipline, motivation, and a positive attitude to every session. I studied at Wellington College, where I achieved strong GCSE results with grades 7–9 across my subjects and took on a demanding academic and co‑curricular workload. I then completed the International Baccalaureate, scoring 39 points, including high marks in my higher‑level subjects. I am now a first‑year Business student at the University of Nottingham, continuing to build a strong academic record while developing skills in quantitative analysis, microeconomics, and applied business strategy.

Hi, I am Tutor Mega. I have 3 years of experience teaching online and over 5 years of teaching offline. My journey as a tutor started in the university, by helping my colleagues catch up with the curriculum. This passion grew and I absolutely love helping students jump hurdles that seemed like mountains in the past. I am a Pharmacist by profession and this requires a broad knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Psychology to the advanced level, as it is needed to understand, discover and produce medicines for human use. I also have a teaching certificate from the TEFL Professional Institute. I have tutored Biology, Chemistry,Psychology and Physics at GCSE and A-levels, and I have also tutored Pharmacology to medical, nursing, and pharmacy students. My goal and tutoring style is to prioritize understanding while providing strategies to answer questions properly for the maximum possible marks, therefore, helping students achieve their academic goals. My story is one of pure resilience which is what I want to impact in my students daily. I went from a struggling high school student to acing my GCSE, and finally becoming a Pharmacist, which has always been my dream. I am a clinical researcher because I love to discover new things which also fostered my love for teaching. After all, learning is a two-way process and it never stops. Aside from teaching, I love to read, I love to cook as well as I am on a journey to discover new recipes!!! Finally, I think that learning doesn't have to be boring, and knowledge should be a lifelong gift. Bachelor's degree - Distinct Bachelor of Science ( Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences) GCSE - A* - Maths Chemistry Biology Physics Add Maths A ( English, Economics) TEFL Certificate - International Open Academy of London

Hello everyone! I'm Sheila and I'm excited to be your math teacher this year! Math can be challenging, but it's also a powerful tool for solving real-world problems and thinking critically. Together, we'll explore concepts, solve puzzles, and build skills that will serve you in countless ways. I’m here to make math fun, accessible, and rewarding, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll accomplish. Let’s dive in and discover the world of math together! I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics, in 2013 and later completed a Master of Education in Mathematics in 2018. With a decade of teaching experience, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to reach their full academic potential. I utilize a variety of instructional techniques and materials, including online resources, to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure that each student has the tools they need to succeed. My approach focuses on guiding students toward their educational goals, whether transitioning to postsecondary education, pursuing vocational paths, or achieving personal growth. I continuously assess and document both the academic and social progress of my students, maintaining thorough records and analyzing data to inform my teaching strategies. To keep parents and guardians involved, I communicate regularly through multiple channels and hold conferences as needed to discuss individual progress, aligning with school requirements and ensuring a collaborative approach to each student's development.

As every student deserves the chance to feel confident and heard, I work with them step by step to tackle tricky ideas together and further solidify their understanding. Learning can be clear and rewarding as long as that student is given the chance to find the method and schedule that works for them! I completed my GCSE's at Maria Fidelis Catholic FCJ school in 2023/24. Achieving Maths (7), English (8), Chemistry (7). I have actually just sat my A-levels at Trinity Catholic High school where I am predicted A*AA in Mathematics, Chemistry and Psychology.
