Hello! My name is Emma, and I am a final year Accounting and Finance student at Lancaster University. Currently on track for a 1st class degree. I also achieved 9 GCSEs, ranging from 7-9, which allowed me to study Chemistry, Economics and Maths. Along with gaining an A* in my EPQ, which I completed in year 12, giving me crucial skills that I have carried forward to my degree. I have been tutoring for over 2 years. During this time, I have helped prepare primary school students for their SATS and gained more confidence with maths in the classroom. I also prepared year 11 and 13 students for their GCSE and A levels by covering content they were unsure of and practising exam techniques. I previously gained experience mentoring GCSE students at my school. I am a student with dyslexia, so I understand the challenges students face in classroom settings. Anyone can be successful, which is why my sessions are student-led, so that they are catered towards each individual's learning style. If you are unsure of this throughout my school career, I have learnt different methods that work for me and would love to pass them on to others so that we can find a technique that works for you. I attended Rugby School, where I completed my GCSEs and A levels, and now I have gone on to study for a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Lancaster University, where I have just completed a summer internship at PwC, which has lead to a full time graduate offer for September 2027. Hi, I’m Eva! I’m 19 years old and currently studying Business Management at the University of Nottingham, where I’m about to begin my second year. I’m passionate about learning, personal development, and helping others achieve their goals, which is why I’m excited to offer online tutoring. During my A-levels, I studied Business, Law, and Physical Education. These subjects gave me a strong understanding of how businesses operate, how the legal system supports organisations and individuals, and the importance of teamwork, discipline, and communication. Having recently completed these qualifications myself, I understand the challenges students can face and know how valuable clear explanations and supportive guidance can be. Alongside my studies, I play netball for the University of Nottingham. Netball has been a huge part of my life, and I love everything about the sport. Outside of university, I’m a proud Liverpool FC supporter and enjoy keeping up with football.
