I have been a tutor for 2 years, specialising in Maths and English, but I am comfortable teaching a range of subjects. I am in my second year of university studying Law, which has given me many skills such as attention to detail and a strong work ethic. I transfer these qualities to tutoring, and my priority is helping students excel in their studies by providing effective and engaging lessons that tailor to each child's needs. I completed my GCSEs in The Abbey School and my A levels in Kendrick School, achieving results of a high standard that I was proud of. I am now studying Law in university, which has been a passion of mine for many years. Last, but not least, I enjoy all forms of sugar - especially cake! Aside from my degree, I am qualified to teach TEFL. I really enjoy working with those who don't have English as a first language. It's a thrill to help them improve their speaking and listening - as well as reading and writing skills. It's wonderful to see them grow in confidence when expressing themselves in English. Hi, I’m Safoora, currently a third-year medical student with a strong passion for education across a range of subjects. Medicine has taught me not just the importance of hard work, but also how to communicate complex ideas clearly and patiently — skills I bring into my tutoring sessions. I tutor GCSE Biology, chemistry, combined science and psychology, as well as KS3 and KS2 Science. I understand that subjects like biology and chemistry can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into manageable, straightforward steps tailored to how each student learns best. Hi my name is Gabriel. I am a 28 year old 11+ tutor. I love helping students prepare for their 11+ entrance exams. I have a degree in English from Rhodes University. I have a passion for teaching and for helping others grow. I have experience with helping students prepare for the GL Assessment 11+ test as well as others such as the Sutton Boys 11+ test. In 2018 I enrolled in a Bachelor of the Arts at Rhodes University in my home country of South Africa. Rhodes University has the best Humanities Faculty and the best English Department in the country and so it was a natural choice for me as I intended to study English Literature. I completed my triple major Bachelor's in English Literature, History and Philosophy in 2020.
