I began my academic journey at Claremont High School Academy Trust, where I achieved strong GCSE results, securing grades between 9 and 6 across all subjects. Building on this foundation, I completed A-Levels in History, Tamil, Psychology, and Religious Studies, achieving AABB. My passion for law led me to the University of Kent, where I graduated with a First-Class LLB (Hons). I have since completed a Master’s degree in Law, alongside the Legal Practice Course, and am currently working at a law firm, where I am on track to qualify as a solicitor this year. Alongside my legal training, I am also pursuing a diploma in Mridangam and currently hold Grade 7. My academic development has been complemented by extensive practical legal experience gained through internships, volunteering, and hands-on work within practice, giving me a strong understanding of both legal theory and its real-world application. I am currently studying a Biomedical Engineering degree, but having only recently left secondary education I hope that I will be able to support and guide students towards their goals. I offer Biology, Physics and Maths. I studied my GCSEs and A-levels at my local secondary school, I received 4 As at A-level (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). I have always enjoyed science and Maths hence why I decided to study Biomedical Engineering at the Univeristy of Sheffield.

Hi! I’m Mehmood,20 years old and currently studying medicine (MBBS) at Hull York Medical School. While I absolutely love studying, I have many other passions that burn just as brightly: I’m into sports, gym, and cycling, and I’m always open to trying new ones! Some cool facts about me: I speak English, Pashto and Urdu. I attended St. Peter's RC High School in Gorton, where I studied separate sciences, business, geography, religious studies, and core subjects, achieving 6 grade 9s and 3 grade 8s. I then studied biology, psychology, and chemistry at Loreto Sixth Form College, earning A*AB in my A-levels. During my medical school application, I achieved a UCAT score of 2750 Band 1, securing four medical school interviews and ultimately firming Hull York Medical School—where I am currently studying medicine (MBBS). Alongside my academic journey, I’ve been a private tutor for the past two years, helping students build confidence and achieve top grades in science and math. I also completed a 3-week teaching internship at COOP Academy, delivering science lessons to Year 8 and 9 students. Additionally, I’ve gained valuable clinical experience working in GP practices and hospital settings, consulting with patients and developing strong communication and empathy skills. My educational background reflects a strong foundation in science and a passion for teaching.
