My name is Yasir, I am a dedicated and humble tutor specializing in Computer Science and Mathematics. I am a PhD Student, studying Computer Science (Informatik) at University of Zürich I teach Computer Science (GCSE, A-Level), Math (Year 7 - Year 11) as well as all the Major sciences; Chemistry, Phyiscs, Biology and Combined Science at GCSE level With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Zurich, I have a genuine passion for teaching. Hi I'm Charlie. I'm a Master's graduate in Physics and currently undertaking a PhD in Astrophysics while working as a postgraduate teaching assistant. I know through experience how difficult physics and maths can be and am in a position to help students by breaking topics down into manageable components. In summer 2025 I graduated with a first class master's degree in physics with astrophysics and cosmology. I began a PhD in astrophysics in October 2025 and have been working as a teaching assistant since then for varied courses in physics from master's level computer labs to first-year mathematics.

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a strong passion for teaching and supporting children in their academic development. I enjoy working with students of all ages, from primary school through to A-level, and I take great pride in helping learners build confidence and achieve their academic potential. Alongside my academic background, I have a wide range of interests including playing sports and cooking different recipes, which I enjoy in my free time. I am also multilingual and can speak both Bengali and Urdu fluently, allowing me to communicate effectively with students and families from diverse backgrounds. I have valuable teaching experience, having previously run my own private tuition sessions for primary school children, primarily focusing on English. I am currently expanding this to include secondary school students as well. I tutor primary school students in both Maths and English, GCSE students in English Language and English Literature, and A-level students in Finance. Teaching is something I have always been passionate about from a young age. Academically, I achieved a Grade 8 in English Literature and a Grade 6 in English Language at GCSE level. I also studied Finance at A-level, achieving an A*, which reflects my strong interest and ability in the subject. I recently completed my undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of East London in 2024, graduating with First Class Honours. Throughout my degree, I developed a strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and analytical skills essential for a successful career in finance. Following my degree, I also completed a postgraduate course related to Accounting and Finance, achieving a Pass with Distinction. This has further strengthened my knowledge and reinforced my ambition to pursue a career as a Chartered Accountant in the future.
