Hi, I’m Amaan—a 4th-year medical student at Keele with a passion for teaching. I specialise in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at GCSE and A-Level. With years of experience tutoring students and mentoring peers, I focus on building confidence, understanding, and results. I passed the 11+ and attended King Edward VI School in Stratford-upon-Avon, where I achieved straight A* grades in A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. I’m currently in my 4th year studying Medicine at Keele University, where I’ve continued to develop both my academic and teaching abilities. I am a structural engineer with a background in engineering and architecture. I was an IB student myself so I know how much pressure A Level, IB and GCSE students can be under. I can aid students in understanding tricky concepts by breaking down every problem into manageable pieces. I have a passion for teaching young minds and would love to help your children reach their full potential! I have a Bachelors of architecture and a Masters of engineering from UCL. I completed my IB diploma at The International School of Brussels in 2019. I focused my studies on computational fluid dynamics and have a specialized interest in English literature.

I am currently studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Surrey. I can teach up to A-Level Maths. I have exam board experience for Edexcel GCSE Maths and OCR B MEI A-Level Maths. I am fluent in both English and Tamil. I am looking to teach anyone of all ages! I am only familiar with the English Curriculum (OCR, Edexcel, and AQA). I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels at Langley Grammar School and achieved an 8 in Maths at GSCE and a C in Maths at A-Level (5 marks off from a B). Since then I joined the University of Surrey and I am currently a 2nd year undergraduate in Chemical Engineering.
