Hello. I'm Debs, nice to meet you. I tutor a range of subjects, all based on experience of teaching within school, college and less tradiitional settings. I love tutoring one to one as that is the best way to give the student exactly what they need. I teach Sociology, Business and English at GCSE and A level and I have experience of AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I have also taught Btec Business level 1-3 In 2023 I completed a Master's degree in Philosophy as I love learning new things just as much as I love to teach. I make learning fun wherever possible and tailor every lesson to the student's needs. I use a variety of methods so you won't get bored and I am always happy to answer questions and re-explain things. There's no such thing as a silly question! I am a third-year Biomedicine student at UEA with three years of tutoring experience. I tailor each lesson to the student’s learning style, using clear explanations, diagrams, exam techniques and past papers to strengthen understanding and build confidence. My structured, supportive approach has consistently helped students improve by at least one I am currently in my 3rd year of Biomedicine at the University of East Anglia and have completed 2 internships during my time here. I achieved 10 GCSEs all at A*/A and A-Level grades of A*, A in Maths & Biology. I aim to make learning engaging, build confidence and help students reach their full potential.
