I would highly recommend Bronwen, esp if your child is resistant to learning. Bronwen's manner and style work incredibly well with our daughter (12) who is not attending school. Bronwen is kind, patient and has a wonderful way about her. I'm so grateful that we have found her. I doubt that anyone would be disappointed. Bronwen's knowledge is incredible however her style and manner is what keeps our daughter happily engaging with her weekly. That speaks volumes.

Bronwen has been an amazing tutor, she helps me to understand all the things I struggle with while also not making me feel uncomfortable or shy when I don't know the answer. She is very kind and I find my lessons with her amazing

She is nice and kind to my sons. She is very patient, even though English is not our mother language. She can explain the details very clearly and make my sons understand well easily. Thank you for her supporting.🙏

I only had Bronwen as a tutor for a couple of weeks before my GCSEs and she has helped me so much in so little time. She was very positive, concise and helped me understand what i needed to do to improve.

BSc Psychology degree holder with over 2 years tutoring experience: During my time studying at university, I gained experience tutoring my peers in psychology - a passion I have been developing since and look forward to sharing with others, particularly at GCSE and A-level. - Content and understanding - Essay writing - Revision - Exam technique - Mark scheme interpretation Sessions are tailored to meet individual needs and requests - I make a plan for each student, making sure my sessions are accessible and enjoyable in a relaxed, friendly environment. I first studied psychology at secondary school and quickly developed an interest in understanding human behaviour, the mind and how it all fits together. I enjoyed it so much that I went on to study Psychology at university, gaining a much deeper understanding of different areas, from sports psychology to statistics to cognitive neuroscience. During my final year, I began tutoring other university students, developing communication skills and helping them manage their studies. Since graduating, I have focussed my tutoring primarily to A-level and GCSE level students, helping to break down complex concepts into more manageable ideas and develop confidence in longer-mark questions. If you have any questions, or would like get in touch, send me message!

I graduated in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and teach Maths to students of all ages up to A level. I achieved A*A*A* at A level in Maths, Physics and Chemistry, reflecting the strong academic foundation I bring to my teaching. With my students, I ensure that their understanding of underlying methods is to the highest possible standard through rigorous practice. In my experience as a student, exposing yourself to different mathematical scenarios builds a great foundation for achieving the best possible grades. My biggest aim for my students is for them to constantly improve so that when they get to the exam, they are confident about any aspect of the syllabus that may arise. For my sessions, I will ask students what they wish to study and ensure I tailor the session around what I am told. If the student is undecided, I will plan lessons around pushing the student to challenge themselves in rigorous practice, with my guidance, around different mathematical concepts in their curriculum. For exams, my main aim is for students to achieve the best grades possible, meeting and exceeding their targets. My highest level of education is an MSci in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Birmingham. Prior to this, I achieved A*A*A* in A-level Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. I have over 3 years of experience tutoring students in Mathematics across a range of ages and abilities, up to A level. Through this experience, I have developed a strong ability to explain difficult concepts clearly, adapt lessons to each student’s learning style, and build both confidence and exam technique. My focus is always on ensuring students fully understand the methods they are using, so they can approach unfamiliar questions with confidence and achieve the best grades possible.
