I’m a patient and approachable tutor who thrives on seeing pupils grow in confidence and understanding. I have a good background in Physics and Maths, I tutor up to A-level in Maths, backed by top grades (9 in GCSE Maths, A* in A-level Maths, and A in Further Maths). I’ve helped students achieve their academic goals, including guiding a family friend to an A in A-level Maths, securing her place at her first-choice university. Hi! I am a friendly and supportive tutor specialising in Biology and Chemistry GCSE. I achieved A* AA in these subjects at A level and have experience tutoring students within school. I studied AQA exam boards for Biology and Chemistry, and Edexcel for Maths. My sessions will focus on building confidence and understanding by using past exam questions as examples to highlight key concepts and how to approach them during exams. During the sessions, we will work through topics that you may struggle on together and practice with exam-style questions so you’re fully prepared. The topics we cover will be completely led by you, so that you get the most out of our time together. I am flexible in my teaching style, so if you learn better other ways, for example mind maps, I am more than happy to do this. Between sessions, I will set small tailored tasks to reinforce what we have covered and help revision, which we will then review together. I’m currently studying Podiatry at university, a healthcare course that combines my love of science with practical, real-world applications. Meine Muttersprache ist Englisch und ich studiere Philosophie in England. Ich unterrichte Englisch mit dem Ziel, die Sprache praxisnah zu vermitteln und dabei die Ausdrucksfähigkeit meiner Schüler*innen gezielt zu verbessern. Ich freue mich darauf, mit dir zu arbeiten! Ich habe meine GCSEs an der Westlands School und meine A-Levels an der Highsted Grammar School in Sittingbourne absolviert. In meinen GCSEs erhielt ich unter anderem die Note 9 in Englisch, Französisch und Geschichte sowie eine 8 in Mathematik. In meinen A-Levels erzielte ich ein A* in Englisch Literatur sowie As in Soziologie, Geschichte und Filmwissenschaft. Zurzeit studiere ich Philosophie (B.A.) an der University of Manchester.
