Hello! I am a dual Australian-British national and a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws. Having lived in four different countries, I understand the unique challenges and experiences of international students—something I bring into my tutoring approach with empathy and flexibility. In April, I had the rewarding opportunity to volunteer in Switzerland, where I taught English to children learning it as a second language. This experience deepened my understanding of ESL (English as a Second Language) learning needs, so if you're an ESL student, I can support you in building both fluency and confidence in your written and spoken English. With their exam board content, revision/practice questions, and particularly repeated past papers, I have been able to instill confidence, critical thinking, and a genuine understanding of the subject in all of my students while ensuring they enjoy the process. Hi! My name is Fariha Delwer and I’m a medical student at Queen’s University Belfast with a real enthusiasm for teaching and helping others learn. I have experience tutoring GCSE Science and A-Level Chemistry, and I enjoy making tricky concepts simple and approachable. I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether that’s building confidence in the basics or developing exam techniques for top grades. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and motivated to succeed. I am currently studying Medicine at Queen’s University Belfast, where I continue to build on my strong academic background in science. At GCSEs I went to Southend High School for Girls, where I achieved nine 9s. Hi! I'm Pia. The subject I teach is Mathematics at GCSE level and also GCSE Biology. I understand that maths and biology can present difficult challenges and having received tutoring for both subjects, it has really helped me to understand and enjoy the subjects a lot. I hope to be able to help other students develop their confidence and learn to enjoy maths and biology too! I completed 9 GCSEs, including an A in Maths, Biology and Chemistry and also completed my A-levels with an A in Maths and Biology and B in Chemistry. I am currently studying Biomedical Science at the University of Birmingham. Even though I am not studying a mathematical course at university, maths has always been my favourite subject through school
