Growing up in a part of Ireland rich in natural beauty, I developed a passion for hiking and camping, along with music on the Uillean pipes, Violin and piano. I enjoy language learning: specifically Spanish and Russian. Naturally, my main focus is Physics, which provides a constant challenge with every strange concept introduced I attended St. Michaels College, Enniskillen for my GCSE's, of which I obtained 8 A*s and 1 A, before switching to Enniskillen Royal Grammar School in order to pursue Further Maths. Here I obtained an A*A*A* grade in Maths, Physics, and Further Maths. I’m currently studying a Physics degree at the University of Edinburgh

I hold a Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong foundation in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. With experience in tutoring both school and university students, I focus on strengthening conceptual understanding and exam techniques. Throughout my academic journey, Physics has remained a core subject, both in theoretical and applied forms, including mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and control systems. In addition to my formal education, I have gained tutoring experience in Physics, focusing on helping students understand fundamental concepts, improve problem-solving techniques, and prepare effectively for exams. My specializations include classical mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, and applied physics in engineering contexts. I am a dedicated student of Mathematics and Actuarial Science with a strong passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps—an approach I bring into my tutoring sessions. Outside of academics, I have a keen interest in sports including football, badminton, snooker, and golf. I believe that the discipline and strategic thinking gained from sports complement my academic pursuits and enhance my ability to connect with students from various backgrounds. I'm enthusiastic about helping learners build confidence and achieve their goals in a supportive and engaging environment. I am currently studying Mathematics and Actuarial Science at the University of Southampton, where I am continuing to deepen my understanding of mathematical theory, statistical analysis, and their real-world applications. This degree is further strengthening my analytical and problem-solving skills, which I bring into my tutoring sessions. Before university, I completed my A Levels at St Dominic’s Sixth Form College, achieving an A in both Mathematics and Chemistry—subjects I now tutor. My success in these subjects has given me the confidence and insight to support students in mastering challenging concepts and developing effective exam strategies. I completed my GCSEs at Pinner High School, earning 11 GCSEs at grades 9 to 7, including top marks in Maths and the Sciences. This academic foundation has given me a strong understanding of the UK curriculum and the expectations of exam boards. Having recently been through the school and sixth form system myself, I am well placed to relate to students and provide guidance that is both up-to-date and practical. Hiya! My name is Saskia, I am 18 years old and currently studying (BA) Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham. My hobbies include playing rugby and watching f1. I just completed my A-levels this past summer in Psychology, Biology and Maths, and I specialise in teaching psychology (A-level). I love revisiting A-level topics, especially social influence and memory. In addition to this, I teach GCSE maths. After doing Maths at GCSE and A-level, I am accommodated with many techniques to assist in teaching. I completed 10 GCSEs in 2023 (at the Royal Latin School), and then went on to achieve 3 A-levels in Mathematics, Psychology and Biology. I now study Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham. I have had experience in tutoring with bits of up to GCSE Maths and A-level Psychology.
