Hi, I’m Ade – GCSE Tutor (Maths and Science) I’m a graduate in IT Management for Business, and I offer tutoring in GCSE Maths and Science. With a strong academic background and a passion for helping others, I aim to make learning more approachable and less stressful for students. My sessions are tailored to each student’s needs—whether that’s boosting confidence, preparing for exams, or simply making tricky topics easier to understand. I focus on building a solid foundation while keeping lessons clear, engaging, and supportive. As someone who’s been through the GCSE journey myself, I know how important it is to have a tutor who’s patient, relatable, and explains things in a way that makes sense. I aim to create a comfortable space where students can ask questions freely and feel motivated to do their best. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy football, gaming, and all things tech—so I like to bring a bit of fun and real-world relevance to my sessions too. I completed my IT Management for Business degree with a 2:1 classification. The course combined maths, science, and business, giving me a strong mix of technical and practical knowledge. During my studies, I gained experience using IT systems, managing projects, analysing data, and improving business processes. I learned how technology, maths, and science can work together to help organisations make better decisions. I also took part in team projects that were based on real business situations. Some of the modules I did well in included Systems Analysis & Design, Business Intelligence, Strategic IT Management, and Quantitative Methods. These helped me improve my problem-solving and analytical skills and understand how to create solutions that meet people’s needs. My degree also improved my communication and critical thinking, which I now use to explain maths and science topics clearly when supporting students.

I specialize in teaching Math, Chemistry, and Biology across various levels. In Math, I cover topics from basic arithmetic to algebra, geometry, and statistics at GCSE, and focus on core mathematics and mechanics at A-Level. I particularly enjoy working with primary and GCSE students. Known as "Reyzzle," my passion for teaching was sparked by an educator who inspired my love for learning. I aim to motivate students to reach their goals. Outside of teaching, I enjoy baking, traveling, and singing, which help me maintain a balanced life. I am a licensed Professional Teacher and a Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Biology graduate, awarded Cum Laude. My academic background has not only deepened my expertise in biology but also provided me with a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. In addition to my degree, I hold a TEFL certificate, which has further developed my communication skills and equipped me to effectively engage with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. In the classroom, I specialize in teaching mathematics, with a focus on simplifying complex topics and helping students build both confidence and understanding. My interdisciplinary training, combined with hands-on teaching experience, has shaped me into a versatile and adaptive educator. My career journey started from a very young age, where I was writing poetry, stories, taught Mathematics, repaired bicycles , phones and computers, and played multiple instruments. I have the ability to learn and master anything from Novice to Advanced through planning, disciple and consistency. I have nine experience in teaching Mathematics and English to different age groups and also created my teaching material to enhance learning and understanding. I have been coding in Python and Javascript, and have intermediate understanding on C, C++, C#, Java and PHP. I have created projects that help solve any problem that I experienced in a working environment, and these projects reduce the amount of work and time because they are accurate and reliable. I do motivational talks about life, technology, arts and Mathematics, and 90 percent of the students that I have worked with have managed to improve their academics and work ethic. I have been requested by schools to come and assist with complex Mathematical concepts after they saw my incredible work with people., and I don't just work for a salary, but I work to learn, teach, improvise and solve any problem to create a healthy succesful working environment. In all my years of working, I have been solving problems and creating better solutions, combining ideas and working as a wise team to ensure that quality results are obtained. In the previous years, I was teaching the piano, guitars and vocals on my spare time, to help children escape depression, violence and drugs. I love working with people, learning from them and teaching them, and I believe that working with people is creating a system that is beneficial. I enrolled to study a Bachelor’s degree in Education at the University of the Free State until 2019. I was majoring in Mathematics and Life Sciences because I was passionate about teaching Mathematics. In 2018, around December, my biological brother passed away and it had a severe impact on my academics in 2019. I dropped out in 2019, and started my tutoring program in August 2019. With the minimum income that I was getting, I bought musical instruments, teaching equipment and devices. In 2020, I was employed at a school to teach Mathematics until 2023 December. Between 2020 and 2023, I was learning numerous skills, Mathematics, computer hardware, different musical instruments and got exposed to programming. I was running a successful tutoring program, internet café and music program. I had saved enough money to pay for BSc in I.T at NWU for 2024. In February 2024, all my equipment was stolen, worth more than R100 000 and I had to start over again. I got a job at ATNS in Aviation where I am currently working as an Aeronautical Information Management Officer. Before I left Bloemfontein, I had done enough research about Information Technology and other skills relevant. I developed the passion for coding, fascinated by its way of granting one the ability to program anything, that could solve time and problems. In 2023, I was using JavaScript to code automated Mathematics tests, I used it to study, and create projects that solved any problem that I encountered. I am currently learning JavaScript and Python. I am currently enrolled with the University of the People for BSc in Computer Science. I had a problem with learning how to code because it was different from Mathematics and theoretical work, it challenged me to learn and apply code to solve problems. I am eager to learn and have drafted well detailed plan about my future in I.T. Before I enrolled at the University, I prepared myself by getting books and studying from multiple sources.
