Hi, I’m Amaan—a 4th-year medical student at Keele with a passion for teaching. I specialise in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at GCSE and A-Level. I am passionate about teaching Maths because I enjoy helping students see that Maths is not something that is impossible but with help even the most complex topics can be broken down simply. It is especially nice when students come back to you with better results more confidence and a big smile. I can teach Mathematics for A-Levels and below. Big fan of football, cricket (which I play competitively for a club in the Surrey Leagues), video games and recently F1 I would like to preferably tutor students in secondary school, however I am open for Primary school students as well. For about 6 years and about 4000 hours of teaching experience, I have helped several students turn their grades around in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths for Gcse and A-Levels. I have an ESL certification (TEFL/TESOL), which helps me communicate best with non-native speakers. Having had a firsthand experience of the struggles these subjects can give and then steadily turning my grades around, I combine actual study content with relevant past papers, quizzes, and tips that have always brought a tremendous boost in my students grades very quickly.
