Hi! I'm Favour, I have experience tutoring students who are studying English language and Literature for their GCSE's. As a tutor I aim to breakdown questions & lessons to go along with the students' pace. During lessons I use the students interest to channel their learning & I am patient to ensure they get the most of the time. For example I once used a students' sports interest to breakdown the structure question in the AQA language paper 1 question 3. What I love the most about tutoring (apart from spreading knowledge of course) is getting to know, learn and see students develop. I love seeing wonderful personalities and interests come through, so I look forward to meeting you soon! Outside of tutoring, I am involved in marketing communications. In my spare time I like to watch movies, videos on dog grooming, skincare & perfumes, spend time with friends and bake (when I can). I successfully completed my A Levels with excellent grades, particularly in science subjects, which sparked my interest in healthcare. I am currently a first-year dental student, pursuing my studies with a strong foundation in academic excellence and a passion for oral health and patient care.

I'm Hannah and I'm a tutor for anyone between the ages of 4 to 16. I specialise in teaching primary school Maths, English and Literacy to children following the UK or Scottish curriculum but have taught a variety of others! I use lots of different methods to help you learn, which are personalised to what you need. I love learning through talking, which is why I love learning foreign languages and travelling! I also like being outside and I think hands-on learning is the best! I currently am studying for my MA in Education. I have received three As in Advanced Highers (equivalent to first year university level) in Maths, Spanish and Scottish Gaelic. I have received seven As in Highers (equivalent to AS levels) in Maths, English, History, Chemistry, Spanish, French and Scottish Gaelic.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics, in 2013 and later completed a Master of Education in Mathematics in 2018. With a decade of teaching experience, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to reach their full academic potential. I utilize a variety of instructional techniques and materials, including online resources, to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure that each student has the tools they need to succeed. My approach focuses on guiding students toward their educational goals, whether transitioning to postsecondary education, pursuing vocational paths, or achieving personal growth.
