Hello, I am a stop motion animator and aspiring filmmaker based in Scotland. Stop motion has allowed me to focus on my passion for storytelling and combines my love of literature, theatre and art. I absolutely adore stories: reading them, watching them, and capturing them myself. I am dyslexic and it has taken me time to develop all of the studying tips and tricks that I now have the privilege to share with others. I’m also a keen gardener, baker and painter. I have a first class joint honours Master of Arts in English literature and Film & Visual Culture from the University of Aberdeen. I was given the Seafield medal for English and the Film 23’ prize for my dissertation. I also studied Geology, Geography and Ecology as elective subjects at university. I also recently completed the Aardman Academy animation courses SM1 and SM2. I did GCSE’s and IGCSE’s followed by the International Baccalaureate at St Leonard’s High School and attended the Royal Conservatoire Juniors Production program alongside. My main subjects at IB level were English, Environmental Systems and Societies, Maths, Italian, art and theatre.

I’m a chemistry student who loves literature, music and all things mathematical (especially when combined with physics!) I started tutoring 2 years ago part time while studying at college. I am an experienced Mathematics and Chemistry tutor with over 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Education in Mathematics Education from the University of Cambridge. I have taught and tutored students across 11 Plus, GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level and IB Mathematics, as well as Chemistry. My teaching style is warm, patient, structured and adaptable.
