I teach English Literature and English Language to GCSE aged students. I also teach English as a foreign language to both children and adults. I teach Philosophy, Ethics, and Religious Studies up to GCSE level. I teach English to French students and can speak conversational French to aid this. I tutor students working towards their IELTS qualification. I have a Masters in Mental and Moral Science (Philosophy) from Trinity College, Dublin and am looking to further my formal education in the coming years aside from the countless MOOCs I've taken ranging from Opera to Counter-Terrorism classes. I enjoy Creative Writing and am always penning stories or poetry. I have lived all over the world, love traveling and exploring and look forward to learning how we can incorporate your personal experiences and passions into your studies. Hi! My name is Amy and I’m currently studying Maths and Philosophy at the University of Leeds. I am a Maths tutor aiming to help students between KS2 and GCSE level to enjoy and understand Maths. Beyond studying, I have a passion for dancing and love to perform on stage. When I am not dancing, I also love to solve puzzles and riddles. Initially, I attended All Saints Primary School. Then, I went to Greenbank High School and received 11 GCSEs with grades ranging from 7-9. I took a mix of GCSE subjects from Dance and Drama to History and Further Maths. After High School, I attended Runshaw College. I completed A-levels in Maths, Psychology and English Literature and earned grades AAC. I also completed an AS-level in Further Maths and earned a grade C. I am currently completing a BSc Maths and Philosophy honours degree programme at the University of Leeds. I have completed my second year and will hopefully be graduating in the summer of 2026.

I am an Aerothermal - Aerodynamics methods engineer for Rolls Royce Defence Aerospace and I work on solving complex equations and technology methods to accelerate future of high speed and space travel. I am graduate from imperial college London in advanced aeronautics, I am involved heavily in advanced mathematics and physics. I have tutored in further maths and maths for all exam boards and physics, including a programming tutorials society I used to carry out in university to help students expand on coding and solve problems instantly. I graduated from imperial college London in October 2021 and soon later joined graduate programme with Rolls Royce engineering and technology regime. I developed myself into a leading researcher and developer role where I flourished in making significant contributions to turbomachinary gas path Aerothermodynamics. I have tutored as part time as a self improvement and hobbie to learn and help pursue dreams of people to take their learning step further and pursue stem.
