After finishing the official exams under the general sciences section, I started studying architecture at the university and thank God I got my bachelor and master! I am now studying theology. My name is Pooja Yadav, and I am an enthusiastic teacher specializing in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. I have extensive experience teaching GCSE Mathematics and Science, as well as A-level Chemistry and Mathematics. I have worked with both the Irish and UK curricula and have expertise in preparing students for the 11+ entrance exams for Grammar Schools. I am dedicated to supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) students and have significant experience teaching learners with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and ADHD. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to the unique needs of every student. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology and possess over a decade of experience in teaching. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of varied abilities, guiding them to overcome challenges and achieve remarkable milestones in their educational journey. Beyond teaching, I am passionate about DIY projects, solving puzzles, and exploring logic-based activities. Additionally, I have a keen interest in web design, constantly seeking opportunities to expand my creative and technical skills.

I'm a postgraduate and researcher who is passionate about Sociology and wants other students to become passionate as well!I think it's such a broad subject so everyone can find something that interests them! Outside of working and tutoring I have a huge love for creative hobbies such as books, reading, film, tv and theatre I have a BA in Sociology (1st class), during my education I specialised in Race & Ethnicity, Gender & sexuality, Culture & Identity, Research Methods and many other areas. I also have an MSc in Public Sociology, in which I specialised in the same areas as above but also social media, social activism and social policy. Also I am a qualified Equality and Diversity professional, I have a Level 2 and 3 qualification in Equality and Diversity and I also have a Level 2 in LGBT Inclusion in the workplace. This is something I continue to be passionate about and I am currently working towards my next level. Equality and Diversity is also my full time job outside of tutoring.
