Hi! I’m Asmaa, I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Biochemistry. I am passionate about all things science and motivated by the opportunity to help students understand and enjoy sciences and maths while gaining confidence in their abilities and achieving their academic goals. Both sciences and maths can sometimes feel overwhelming, full of complex processes and unfamiliar terminology, but I believe that these subjects become quite fascinating with the right support and guidance. My goal is to focus on breaking down challenging ideas into simple, manageable steps using visual tools, analogies, and real-life examples to bring the content to life. As a tutor, I take a student-centred approach, tailoring each lesson to your individual needs and learning styles. Whether you need help building strong foundations, mastering difficult topics, or improving exam technique, I adapt my teaching to support them effectively. I also place strong emphasis on exam-style questions and mark schemes, helping you gain confidence in applying your knowledge under timed conditions. hi !! I’m Amelia and I’m currently studying Economics at UCL (which involves a lot of maths !!) and going into my second year. I tutor A-Level and GCSE Maths and my main aim is to help build students’ confidence in this important subject. I enjoy playing tennis, going to concerts and traveling. I am currently studying Economics at UCL and am about to go into my second year. I achieved strong results at GCSE including a grade 9 in Maths and Statistics. At A-level I achieved 3 A*’s, including Maths, Economics and History. Alongside my studies, I tutor GCSE and A-level Maths.

Whether a student needs help catching up, preparing for exams, or simply gaining more confidence in Maths or Computer Science, my goal is always to create a calm and encouraging learning environment where progress feels achievable. I have a strong background in both Maths and Computer Science, and I have worked with students across a range of ages and learning styles. My experience includes tutoring primary, secondary, and adult learners, helping them improve their understanding of key concepts as well as their confidence in approaching challenging topics. I have supported students with curriculum learning, homework support, and exam preparation, particularly in Maths and Computer Science. Through tutoring, I’ve worked with learners who needed help strengthening foundations as well as students aiming to reach top grades. My experience across different age groups allows me to adjust my teaching approach depending on the student. For younger learners, I focus on building strong fundamentals and making lessons engaging. For secondary and adult learners, I focus more on deeper understanding, logical thinking, and structured problem-solving.

I am a university student studying Biomedical science in Nottingham. I enjoy studying Biology and chemistry. I will be tutoring Secondary biology and chemistry and also GCSE which I achieved A*s (8) in. I am passionate about studying and enjoy teaching others. I studied Biology and chemistry at Alevel as well as Maths. In GCSE I achieved A*s in both Chemistry and biology and I am currently studying Biomedical science at university, in my in my third year (out of four). I am currently achieving high marks at university and got a 1st overall last year so hoping to keep that up this year. I will be graduating in 2027 and hopefully go on to do a lot more work within Biology and chemistry. I am constantly learning new topics at university so I feel my knowledge is very good and I would have a good understanding about the biology and chemistry topics that students will query about.
