Greetings! My name is Muhammad Waqas, and I'm a 26-year-old full-time Mathematics and Chemistry teacher with a passion for imparting knowledge and making a positive impact in my students' lives. Over the years, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous students in enhancing their comprehension of sciences and mathematics, leading to remarkable improvements in their grades and a significant boost in their self-confidence. I am known by my peers to be a highly enthusiastic, young healthcare student with a positive attitude towards learning. I aim to make learning enjoyable and stress-free by breaking down complex ideas into simple, relatable concepts. My approach is patient and encouraging, aiming to help students feel comfortable and motivated to achieve their best and more while instilling confidence in their ways of thinking and problem-solving. I have completed my A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Psychology and am now studying Biomedical Science, specialising in biology, chemistry and a certain level of maths as well. My studies emphasise critical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on lab skills. Beyond academics, I have a strong background in teaching and mentoring. As a co-founder of our Sixth Form's first Medical Society, I guided my peers through everything needed to go through university applications, interviews for not only medical school but also related courses. I have continued this by mentoring first-year university students, helping them adjust to coursework and academic challenges, and personalising teaching methods for each student. My support has led to positive results, with the students excelling in assignments and finding my guidance invaluable.
