Hello! My name is Aisha I am a dedicated and compassionate tutor, that has a strong background in teaching students following the AQA curriculum in both Biology and Chemistry. I studied Biology, Chemistry, and Sociology at A-level and am currently pursuing a clinically science-based degree, which keeps me deeply engaged with scientific concepts on a daily basis. This strong academic foundation allows me to teach both subjects with clarity, confidence, and real-world relevance. I currently teach GCSE Biology and GCSE and A-Level Chemistry, with a particular specialism in Organic chemistry. My in-depth understanding of the subject allows me to explain even the most challenging topics in a way that makes sense to students. I focus heavily on building core understanding, improving exam technique, and boosting confidence—especially in areas students often find overwhelming, like mechanisms, reaction pathways, and applied problem-solving. I’ve previously worked as a tutor and completed a Teaching and Mentoring Programme specifically designed for supporting GCSE Chemistry students. My teaching style is clear, structured, and supportive. I make complex ideas simple and use relatable examples to help students connect with the material. Hi! I’m a friendly and dedicated tutor who loves helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Outside of tutoring, I’m a huge Manchester United fan — I try to catch as many games as possible and really enjoy the teamwork and strategy behind the sport. I’m also part of a competitive bhangra team, where we perform at events and competitions across the country. Being involved in bhangra has taught me valuable lessons in discipline, teamwork, and performing under pressure — qualities I bring to my tutoring sessions. When I’m not dancing or watching football, I’m a big Formula 1 fan. I love the blend of precision, strategy, and constant improvement involved in the sport. To stay active and clear my mind, I enjoy swimming, which helps me stay focused and refreshed. Recently, I’ve started learning to play the guitar, picking up my favourite songs one at a time. It’s been a rewarding challenge that reminds me how patience and practice are key to mastering new skills — just like in learning. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and growing their abilities. I bring energy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. I attended secondary school at Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet. It is a selective grammar school and consistently ranks in the top 5 grammar schools in the country. I am now studying at Kings College London University as a 2nd year medical student.
