Hi! My name is Aisha and I am a second-year medical student who really enjoys helping students feel more confident in their learning. I remember how stressful school and exams can feel, so I try to be the kind of tutor I would have wanted myself- patient, encouraging, and easy to talk to. I am calm, approachable, and always happy to explain things more than once if needed. I believe learning works best in a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Outside of studying medicine, I enjoy reading, learning languages, practising yoga, and spending time with friends. Hi! I’m Ethan Brooks, an enthusiastic and dedicated Math teacher I’m passionate about making math clear, engaging, and meaningful. Through interactive lessons, real-life applications, and step-by-step guidance, I help students build confidence and develop strong problem-solving skills. I have experience working with students of different learning levels, including those with special educational needs, and I always adapt my approach to suit each learner. Outside teaching, I enjoy solving puzzles and playing chess—activities that inspire creative and logical thinking. I am 19 years old taking a year out before going to study economics at university. I studied maths, physics and economics at A-level and got A*AA. I was captain of my first XV rugby team and have put on workshops for younger students so leading and helping peers is in my nature. Having recently left school, A-levels are fresh in my memory. I understand how a student wants to learn and what they may be struggling on in the syllabus. I attended Bradford Grammar School, where I was awarded a means-tested bursary in the 11+. I have 11 GCSEs and 3 A-levels all of equivalent grade A and above. Physics at A-level, in particular, forced me to work hard and be a critical thinker. I enjoyed the challenge of applying knowledge.
