Hi there! My name is Kaif. I am a second year undergraduate Economics student who has a wide range of teaching experience ranging from volunteering at the local library to participating in a program designed to help underprivileged students read. I teach a wide range of subjects, specializing in Geography and Economics up to an A-Level Standard. I offer a holistic tutoring method, attempting to identify what works with each individual student and tailoring a system for them. I look forward to working with you and cant wait to share my knowledge. I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics at SOAS University, a top 20 global institution for politics, where I’m building on my interests in international economic trends and policies. Previously, I attended St John Payne School, where studying Psychology, Economics, and Geography sparked my fascination with economic affairs.

Hi, I’m Maite! I’m a native German speaker and teach German at all levels — Primary, GCSE, and A-Level. Besides German and English, I also speak French and Spanish. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies with a minor in Educational Science, which deepened my understanding of cross-cultural learning, communication, and how to make complex ideas accessible. During my time at university, I spent over three years tutoring children of different ages, working in a programme led by the German federal government to support children from migrant and refugee backgrounds in their school learning. I am now excited to work with adults as well. When I think back to my own school years, the teachers who inspired me most were those whose honest passion made even my least favourite subjects enjoyable. That’s the atmosphere I aim to create in my lessons: engaging, light, and enjoyable. Outside tutoring, I teach meditation and mindfulness and support a charity creatively, which helps me bring patience, flexibility, and creativity into my teaching. I tailor lessons to each student — whether you need grammar support, speaking practice, exam preparation, or a personalised lesson to build confidence at your own pace, or simply want to learn German out of interest and enjoyment. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies and Educational Science, which I completed at Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany. I specialised in cultural theory and visual culture and spent an Erasmus semester at Université Bordeaux Montaigne in France. In addition, I hold a Yoga Alliance–approved 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certificate, complemented by an additional 50 hours of training in meditation.

I love tutoring because guiding learners to understand complex ideas excites me. Outside teaching, I enjoy singing and exploring new hobbies. I hold a Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics at Far Eastern University and a PhD in Educational Leadership at Unibersidad de Dagupan. Hi! My name is Fatima and I’m a passionate and experienced tutor specialising in Science, Maths, and English for KS3, GCSE, and A-Level students. I’m currently a final year university student, and outside of academics, I enjoy reading fiction, especially classic literature and psychological thrillers. I also love creative writing and exploring different ways to explain complex ideas in simple terms, which is one of the reasons I enjoy tutoring. I’d describe myself as being supportive, patient, and curious, and I’m always up for discovering new things or helping others do the same.
