Lower level- Maths, Science GCSE- Maths, Biology A Level- Biology Languages- English, Tamil, Hindi Experience- Online math tutoring experience for 3 years (grade 1 to grade 8) I am Nivedha Murali Shankar, a PhD scholar in Germany working in the field of cancer immunotherapy. I'm passionate about teaching the younger generation and helping them to understand complex subjects in an easy way. My core strengths are in Maths and Biology and my past experiences stands testimonial to that. On a side note, I am also a singer and a piano player with an immense flair for music. I would like to offer an enjoyable learning experience for children with my easygoing and friendly nature. I aspire to put my skill sets to the best of use to educate and empower young minds. I have a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and a master's degree in Regenerative Biology and Medicine from Germany. I have worked as a research and teaching assistant at my university in Germany and I am passionate about teaching. Professionally, I have worked as a math tutor in another online portal for almost four years and thus I have a really good experience tutoring kids in a one-on-one fashion. I also hold a certification as an international math tutor. My knowledge and expertise would definitely be beneficial to provide quality tutoring services to my students.

I am extremely passionate about Mathematics leading me to continue studying it to a higher level at university, alongside Economics. Having passed the 11+ and gotten into The Henrietta Barnett School, as well as having achieved a grade 9 at GCSE level, I have been in the shoes of all of my students. Therefore, I am able to understand the discipline required to achieve such outcomes and am willing to tailor my teaching style to benefit each individual. Some of my hobbies include cycling, swimming, reading and sudoku! I am currently in my first year of completing a BSc in Mathematics and Economics at the University of Nottingham. For secondary school and sixth form I attended The Henrietta Barnett School, where I achieved a grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics. I completed the 11+ in 2018, where I sat exams for CEM, CSSE and HBS, passing all of them.

I hold a first-class degree in Biomedical Science, with a strong focus on molecular biology, genetics, and physiology. During my studies, I gained extensive laboratory experience, including DNA extraction, library preparation, and NGS techniques, which strengthened my practical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. I have contributed to a publication with the British Heart Foundation in collaboration with the University of Oxford, enhancing my ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and effectively. In addition, I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Paramedic Science, with training in emergency medicine, which has further developed my practical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations. My academic foundation is complemented by GCSEs predominantly at A and A* grades, reflecting a strong record of consistent achievement across core subjects. Alongside my academic qualifications, I have completed training in teaching and academic mentoring, equipping me to design lessons tailored to individual learning needs and help students achieve top grades. I chose Biomedical Science out of a passion for understanding living systems and applying scientific knowledge in practical ways. My combination of a first-class academic record, research and lab experience, paramedic training, and tutoring expertise allows me to confidently support students in GCSE Biology and 11+ preparation. I focus on building both strong subject knowledge and effective exam strategies, helping students gain confidence, stay motivated, and excel academically.

I am a 5th Year Medical Student and have been teaching for many years, I got accepted into grammar and have dedicated many hours to learning and passing on my knowledge. I teach 11+ and have proven methods on understanding the logic and ways to solve the questions. In addition I tutor Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Science, Geography and Maths. I have a keen interest in playing instrumets, learning a new language, keeping active and am currently a co-author on a pending paper to be published in the medical/surgical field.
