Hi! I’m Surabhi - I love helping students not just understand their subjects, but actually enjoy learning. I focus on building confidence, finding the right approach for each person, and making lessons engaging and interactive. I’m patient, approachable, and always happy to answer questions, no matter how small or silly they may sound :) Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, art and dance! All of which helps me bring a bit of creativity into our sessions. Over the course of my education, I have developed strong knowledge in Economics but even more in English Literature - a subject I am highly passionate about, alongside effective study strategies that I now enjoy sharing with others. I also love reading all kinds of things- from Journal articles, to English literature, manga to comic books and even encyclopaedias about insects and animals! I have a Bachelors and Honours in Chiropractic and have just completed my Masters in Chiropractic, making me a fully qualified practitioner. My Masters requires me to complete an original dissertation to be able to qualify and the findings of my dissertation are going to be published in a local journal later this year.

I completed my A-levels at Hills road sixth form college where I studied English, History, Sociology and completed an EPQ. My hobbies consist of listening to music, reading, playing the violin and journaling.
