I have been tutoring with GoStudent for almost a year now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a current Sunday-School teacher and former volunteer with several youth charities. I also have two years of classroom experience with Years 2 and 3, but am happy to work with children of any age, teaching English, Maths, History, Latin, and RE. Please note I do not take adult learners at this time. I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge with a first-class degree in History, also having taken papers in Classics and Theology. I won several prizes during my degree, including three prize scholarships and the Roy Porter Prize for History in my second year. Prior to my degree, I took three A-Levels in History, Maths and English, receiving all A*s, and prior to that, ten GCSEs, receiving all 9s.

I believe learning should be dynamic and interactive, with engaging activities and lively discussions. Outside the classroom, I enjoy playing musical instruments, video editing, I graduated from Philippine Normal University with a Bachelor's in Secondary Education, majoring in English. I’m also TEFL certified and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers. My education has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to teach effectively, and I continuously seek professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methodologies and best practices. My background in journalism further enhances my ability to communicate concepts clearly and creatively.

I recently graduated with a degree in Mathematics and have a strong passion for helping others understand and enjoy the subject. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students with their maths, but also to help build their confidence in it. Can tutor Maths from 11+ to A-Level. I attended the University of Nottingham, where I recently completed my Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mathematics. Alongside my degree, I have a strong academic background in the subject, having studied Maths at both GCSE and A-Level.
