My name is Pooja Yadav, and I am an enthusiastic teacher specializing in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. I have extensive experience teaching GCSE Mathematics and Science, as well as A-level Chemistry and Mathematics. I have worked with both the Irish and UK curricula and have expertise in preparing students for the 11+ entrance exams for Grammar Schools. I am dedicated to supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) students and have significant experience teaching learners with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and ADHD. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to the unique needs of every student. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology and possess over a decade of experience in teaching. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of varied abilities, guiding them to overcome challenges and achieve remarkable milestones in their educational journey. Beyond teaching, I am passionate about DIY projects, solving puzzles, and exploring logic-based activities. Lower level: Maths and 11+ (entrance and SATs) GCSE: Biology (AQA would be preferred) and Maths I am fluent in Turkish and currently learning French. My preferred age groups would be 11-16 (up until GCSE) I am 22 years old, with a lot of educational experience surrounding Maths and Science that I would love to transfer to my students. I believe that learning should be fun for all and strive to ensure my students are enjoying their individually tailored lessons. My hobbies include going to the gym and baking. I am a second year Physician Associate Master’s student with a background in Biomedical Sciences (Immunology). I have an ever-growing passion for medicine and the world of science, and aspire to forward my knowledge to my students in an enjoyable and interactive way. I have obtained AAB in Maths, Biology and Chemistry A-levels and all A*-B grades in my GCSEs. Separately, I have achieved a Grade 5 in violin and a Grade 3 in Piano.

My journey as an engineering student has been full of exciting opportunities to apply maths and science to real-life projects. This fuels my enthusiasm when I teach, and I love sharing examples from my own work. Recently, I worked with TotalEnergies in France, exploring the valorization of desalination concentrate. One of my favorite projects was producing biodiesel from eggshells, which I showcase when discussing energy in physics. I also had a blast running STEM workshops in Dubai for kids. I'm an active member of AIChE and love participating in physics competitions. I won first prize in "Girls Got It" by building a mini robot with my team and creating a simple pendulum model. I'm passionate about science and STEM, and I strive to show my students how thrilling these subjects can be! My name is Karen, and I'm a dedicated tutor for maths and science. I've been tutoring for four years and hold a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry and Petrochemical Engineering. I achieved A*/A grades at GCSE in mathematics and physics, and an A in A-Level maths. I've always enjoyed school and hope to share that passion with my students! I teach A Level maths and physics, and I also specialize in chemistry, French, maths, and physics at Lower Level and GCSE levels. I have a C1 level in French, a favorite hobby of mine since I started lessons at six. I ensure my students are engaged, from lesson objectives to feedback. I believe that meaningful connections foster a love of learning and establish independent study habits for life. I also lead a small music band, teaching children to play the drums and guitar, performing at school events.
