Hi! I’m a second-year Geography student at the University of Birmingham with a genuine passion for helping students unlock their full potential. Although I was initially predicted CCD at A-level, I achieved AAB on results day, something I’m incredibly proud of. This experience has shaped the way I tutor. I understand what it feels like to doubt your ability, and more importantly, I know exactly how to turn things around. My goal is to help my students achieve the same transformation or even better! I have over a year of tutoring experience, and I truly find it one of the most rewarding things I do. Seeing students grow in confidence and improve their grades is why I love teaching. I am a disciplined and motivated university student with a strong interest in analytical thinking and problem-solving. I am currently studying Economics and Mathematics at university, where my studies focus on quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, and real-world application of theory. Prior to university, I studied at a grammar school, developing a strong academic foundation and disciplined work ethic that I now apply both to my studies and to tutoring.

Hello! My name is Toby and I am a current student at the University of Reading, studying Pharmacology. I previously attained 3 A-Levels for Chemistry, Biology and Geography as well as tutoring my sisters/family friends during their GCSEs too. I have some great hands on experience at tutoring and I strive for success! My favourite hobbies outside of education is probably skateboarding and making music and I love dogs. :) Previously I attended Penistone Grammar School for secondary education, as I am originally from Sheffield. I took separate sciences for one of my GCSE choices as well as geography and business study’s and achieved 8s in all of these. After this I attended Penistone grammar school 6th form for my A-Levels. I enjoyed it here a lot where I then studied Chemistry, Biology and Geography. From here I achieved all my A-Levels and now go to the University of Reading and study Pharmacology.
