I am a Medical Doctor on a new journey to further my education. I have approximately 5 years of tutoring experience across the board. I mainly started tutoring as a way to learn and retain the content for good grades. I found that when helping my peers I also helped myself improve my grades. In lower level I have experience tutoring Science and Math while in GCSE and A-Level I tutor Chemistry, Biology and Math. In higher level tutoring, i offer services on any Subject health related eg Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology etc. I offer my services to any student who is willing to learn. I am fluent in speaking and writing English and Swahili. During my leisure time i enjoy reading a novel, spending time with friends, road trips, baking and movies . I am a dedicated maths tutor with a strong background in actuarial science and several years of professional industry experience. My journey began by excelling in mathematics during high school, which led me to study actuarial science at university. Alongside my studies, I tutored fellow students in statistics and later worked independently with university‑level learners. These experiences taught me that many students struggle not because of ability, but because of confidence. I excelled in mathematics throughout high school and went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management, majoring in Actuarial Science. I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Financial Management and have previously studied towards a BCom in Accounting. I'm a Maths grad, currently working in the tech industry, having studied Maths, Physics and Chemistry at A-Level. Outside of work I'm a keen runner and hiker, who loves spending time outdoors outdoors or exploring London, and enjoys getting lost reading a great book! I attended Peter Symonds college for A-levels, where I took Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. At Bath University I studied Mathematical Sciences, allowing me to dabble in physics while I focussed on Maths. Since university, I have studied again in Software Engineering and continue to learn constantly in my job.
