I have been teaching English online for 4 years now. My teaching philosophy is student centered and interactive. I studied at University of Johannesburg from 2022 to 2025. I have been teaching English online for 4 years, I have helped students that wanted business English because of their work, they either wanted to improve their fluently or to conversate with their international clients. I have also helped students that wanted to improve their fluently and beginner.

I’m a medical student with a passion for teaching Biology, Science, and Maths at primary and GCSE levels. Almost 10 years in higher education, I’ve learned two key things: 1) Every student can succeed with the right teaching approach, and 2) Learning should be active, using techniques like spaced repetition and active recall. I focus on breaking down complex topics, using examples, mnemonics, and past papers to help students understand. I’m patient and adaptable, always ready to find new ways to explain concepts if needed. Outside of academics, I’m passionate about sports, gaming, and tech. I’ve coached an under-15 basketball team and teach guitar at my church, which helps me connect with students and build trust to boost their confidence and performance. I graduated from Glasgow in 2020 with a 2:1 in Biomedical Sciences and am currently pursuing a medical degree. I am first class honours graduate of Bioscience. I hold a postgraduate degreen in computer science. I have won national awards for my science communication. I am also confident in teaching learners with addtional needs. Overall, I am a confident and patient tutor with a passion for helping students learn and grow confident in their abilities. I have a first class honours degree in Bioscience from the Univeristy of Limerick. I hold a level 8 postgraduate degree in software development. I won the Mary Mulvihill award for science communication for my illustrated essay.
