I am 19 years old taking a year out before going to study economics at university. I studied maths, physics and economics at A-level and got A*AA. I was captain of my first XV rugby team and have put on workshops for younger students so leading and helping peers is in my nature. Having recently left school, A-levels are fresh in my memory. I understand how a student wants to learn and what they may be struggling on in the syllabus. I attended Bradford Grammar School, where I was awarded a means-tested bursary in the 11+. I have 11 GCSEs and 3 A-levels all of equivalent grade A and above. Physics at A-level, in particular, forced me to work hard and be a critical thinker. I enjoyed the challenge of applying knowledge.

Hi, my name is Abia. I am a first-year university student studying Optometry. I am passionate about tutoring as I would like to help others by sharing my knowledge. My goal is to help you build confidence in problem-solving and truly enjoy working with numbers. Outside of teaching, I enjoy solving puzzles, watching educational videos, and taking peaceful morning walks. I graduated with a Bachelor in Secondary Education, Major in Mathematics, and I am also a Juris Doctor. This academic background strengthened my skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
