Tutoring English Literature and Language for Junior Cycle, Leaving Certificate, GSCEs, and A-Levels. About me: Naturally, I have an endless passion for English, both teaching and studying. I have been tutoring for over three years and have completed over 800 tutoring lessons. I know the British and Irish courses inside out by now. My focus has always been on essay writing skills and academic writing, as I believe that improving your delivery is the quickest way to improve your English grades. Aside from teaching English, I have a huge passion for sailing, and I work as a magazine and story editor! I have a Bachelor's degree in English Language & Culture (with a minor in Film and Audiovisual Media) from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and a Master's degree in Western Literature from KU Leuven, Belgium! I can also help you develop revision strategies that work best for you. I graduated in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University. I attended primary school and middle school in Italy. I came in the Uk in year 10 and achieved an 8 in Maths GCSEs. I can cover both Foundation and Higher level content. I also did A level Maths in college.

I graduated from the University of Warwick in Digital and Technology Solutions, specialising in Data Analytics. This course provided me with a wealth of knowledge relating to Maths, Business and Computer Science that I can share with you as my student.

I am a medical student at UCL with a strong academic background, having achieved A* grades at A-level in Maths, Biology, and Chemistry. I have a genuine passion for teaching and enjoy helping students understand challenging concepts in a clear and structured way. Having recently completed GCSEs and A-levels myself, I understand current exam specifications, common pitfalls, and effective revision strategies. My teaching style is supportive and tailored to each student’s needs, focusing on building strong foundations, confidence, and exam technique. I am currently studying Medicine at University College London (UCL), a highly academic and research-led medical school. I attended Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School, where I developed a strong academic foundation and a disciplined approach to learning. Throughout my education, I consistently achieved high academic standards, particularly in Maths and the sciences. At A-level, I achieved 3A*, reflecting both my subject knowledge and my ability to manage a demanding workload. I also achieved full marks in my EPQ, which strengthened my independent research, critical thinking, and academic writing skills. This project required analysing complex information, evaluating evidence, and presenting clear, well-structured arguments—skills that are directly transferable to both medicine and teaching. As a current medical student, I continue to build on this strong educational background through rigorous study and application of scientific knowledge. My academic journey has equipped me with excellent organisation, resilience, and communication skills, which I bring into my tutoring by delivering clear explanations, structured lessons, and tailored support to help students achieve their full potential.
