Hi. I'm Ade, and I have been tutoring successfully for over 7 years now, with over 100 students (over 3 years on GoStudent with over 40 students), Grades 7 to 12, GCSE, and A-Levels. I have a Bachelors degree in Geophysics, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Education, and I'm currently doing a 2nd Degree in Mathematics. I keep my lessons simple, with a focus on consistent practice. I also tailor my lessons to fit the student and get the best out of them. Simply put, I help you understand the foundations of the concepts you're trying to learn, and we'll do lots of practice. I specialize in building students skill and confidence in facing and solving problems. I'm pretty good at it because I am always learning new things myself, so I never forget what it's like be a semi-beginner, and I tend to relate very well with my students experience. This helps me communicate very effectively and support them unconditionally, all the while holding them to high expectations (based on their ability). Hi! I'm Favour, I have experience tutoring students who are studying English language and Literature for their GCSE's. As a tutor I aim to breakdown questions & lessons to go along with the students' pace. During lessons I use the students interest to channel their learning & I am patient to ensure they get the most of the time. For example I once used a students' sports interest to breakdown the structure question in the AQA language paper 1 question 3. What I love the most about tutoring (apart from spreading knowledge of course) is getting to know, learn and see students develop. Hey there, my name is Percy. I have recently completed my A-level exams in Maths, Physics, Economics and Graphics, and I am studying Architecture at the University of Nottingham in September. I achieved A*A*A*A in my A-levels and 12 Grade 9s in my GCSE exams across subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Business and Geography. In 2024, I was honoured to be a finalist in the prestigious British Education Award. I have realised the importance of education and strive to help students excel academically across a range of subjects. I am confident in my ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to individual student needs, and I can teach across a variety of GCSE subjects. I have experience teaching both face-to-face and online, particularly in Mathematics at both the KS3 and GCSE levels. Beyond formal tutoring, I have volunteered to host revision seminars and organised revision notes for younger students. As someone who has recently completed GCSEs, I am familiar with the syllabus, and I can cater to students of varying abilities and goals. Introducing new topics in a clear and engaging way, encouraging active participation. During lessons, I also share a range of effective revision strategies and exam tips, proven to help my students improve their performance in exams. My ultimate goal is to enhance my students’ interest in the subject and boost their confidence.

I have been a tutor for 2 years, specialising in Maths and English, but I am comfortable teaching a range of subjects. I am in my second year of university studying Law, which has given me many skills such as attention to detail and a strong work ethic. I transfer these qualities to tutoring, and my priority is helping students excel in their studies by providing effective and engaging lessons that tailor to each child's needs. I completed my GCSEs in The Abbey School and my A levels in Kendrick School, achieving results of a high standard that I was proud of. I am now studying Law in university, which has been a passion of mine for many years.
