Hi! I’m Asmaa, I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Biochemistry. I am passionate about all things science and motivated by the opportunity to help students understand and enjoy sciences and maths while gaining confidence in their abilities and achieving their academic goals. Both sciences and maths can sometimes feel overwhelming, full of complex processes and unfamiliar terminology, but I believe that these subjects become quite fascinating with the right support and guidance. My goal is to focus on breaking down challenging ideas into simple, manageable steps using visual tools, analogies, and real-life examples to bring the content to life. Hi, my name is Neha and I'm a first year dental student at Kings College London. Having recently completed my GCSEs & A levels as well as experience through mentoring younger students, I understand how to achieve the top grades and what resources are the most effective. I am currently teaching chemistry and maths and am looking forward to helping students excel and reach their full potential. I am currently a first-year Dental student at King’s College London, where I am developing a strong foundation in both the scientific and clinical aspects of dentistry. I completed my A levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at The Latymer School and my GCSEs at North London Collegiate School. Having recently gone through these exams, I have a clear understanding of effective revision strategies and the best resources to use for success. Hello! My name is Erin, I am currently a first year medical student at the University of Birmingham. As a tutor, my main aim is to quickly determine a students weaknesses, then create a dedicated study plan to help them improve in those areas. I believe that active recall, spaced repetition, and lots and lots of past paper questions - are the key to success! I am well versed in tutoring students of all ages; I have tutored various students ranging from ages 6 to 16 in a variety of different settings. I am also experienced in entrance exam tutoring. Having sat several entrance exams over my lifetime, I understand how to make a study plan that is both time efficient and effective, and how to utilise this study plan effectively. I have previously mentored students who wish to study medicine through UCAS, entrance exam and interview preparation; several of them currently study at top universities, including Oxford and Cambridge! In my spare time, I am a highly creative person - I frequently attend dance classes, I music direct/conduct my university choir, and I scrapbook! I also love to read :) Currently attending the University of Birmingham Medical School - 1st year, Medicine. Attended a top London Grammar school; where I achieved 10 A*s (Grades 8-9) at GCSE level, and 3 As at A level in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. In addition to educational qualifications, I also study the piano; I have completed my Grade 8 and am currently working towards my diploma in Music Performance!
