Hi, I am Tutor Mega. I have 3 years of experience teaching online and over 5 years of teaching offline. My journey as a tutor started in the university, by helping my colleagues catch up with the curriculum. This passion grew and I absolutely love helping students jump hurdles that seemed like mountains in the past. I am a Pharmacist by profession and this requires a broad knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Psychology to the advanced level, as it is needed to understand, discover and produce medicines for human use. I also have a teaching certificate from the TEFL Professional Institute. I have tutored Biology, Chemistry,Psychology and Physics at GCSE and A-levels, and I have also tutored Pharmacology to medical, nursing, and pharmacy students. I went from a struggling high school student to acing my GCSE, and finally becoming a Pharmacist, which has always been my dream. I did my schooling at the International Indian School, KSA, then pursued my Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering back in India. Later, I packed my bags and moved to Italy for my Master’s in Economics and Data Analysis (specialising in Data Science), talk about a change in scenery AND numbers! Work-wise, I’ve been a Data Analyst in France, a Data Scientist in London at Depop (part of Etsy), and a Teaching Assistant in Bracknell, where I supported students from Year 3 to GCSEs in Maths, Science, and Computer Science.
