I attended the University of Exeter, where I completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Politics, graduating with a 2:1 classification. My academic background provided me with strong analytical and quantitative skills, which form a solid foundation for teaching mathematics and reasoning-based subjects. Additionally, I hold professional competencies in curriculum delivery, student assessment, and adaptive teaching strategies, which I apply to create engaging and effective learning experiences tailored to each student's needs and goals.

For about 6 years and about 4000 hours of teaching experience, I have helped several students turn their grades around in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths for Gcse and A-Levels. I have an ESL certification (TEFL/TESOL), which helps me communicate best with non-native speakers. Having had a firsthand experience of the struggles these subjects can give and then steadily turning my grades around, I combine actual study content with relevant past papers, quizzes, and tips that have always brought a tremendous boost in my students grades very quickly. Hi, I'm Leon, I teach GCSE and A level Maths and took Maths. I have got plenty of experience tutoring and since I have finished school, not too long ago, and am very familiar with the specification. I can relate and address common struggles more easily as I am more aware of how students learn and will apply a more enthusiastic and ground up approach to make sure my students understand the content more thoroughly giving them a better chance at gaining a higher understanding and passing their exams.
