I’m an ESL teacher with eight years of experience, and I genuinely enjoy helping students become more confident in using English. Over the years, I’ve worked with different types of learners, so I’ve learned how to adjust my teaching style depending on what my students need. Outside the classroom, I volunteer in my community, especially working with youth. This is something very important to me because I believe education can really change lives. It also helped me become more patient, understanding, and connected to the real challenges students face. I’m very interested in learning more about education and social issues. I like reading books and doing my own research because I want to improve not just as a teacher, but also as a person. I try to bring these insights into my lessons so they feel more meaningful and relatable. I also love traveling because it helps me experience different cultures and perspectives, which I think is important when teaching language. Hi! My name is Dipasha and I’m currently a final year Pharmacology student at QMUL, with a strong interest in academic research and medicine. Outside of my studies, I enjoy playing tennis and badminton. I also love to explore different places in London and listen to music! :) I am currently in my final year studying BSc Pharmacology and Innovative Therapeutics at Queen Mary University of London, where I am predicted to achieve a first class degree. Prior to this, I completed my A-levels, where I built a strong academic foundation in science and developed effective study and exam techniques. I also performed very well at GCSE level, which reflects my academic ability and strong understanding of core subjects.
