Hi, I am Hawa, a Biomedical Sciences student who enjoys making challenging concepts feel clearer, more manageable and less stressful! I tutor GCSE and A-level students, focusing on clear explanations, strong exam technique and confidence-building. My lessons are structured but relaxed, starting from what the student already knows and breaking topics into manageable steps using simple language, visual aids and guided practice. I adapt my approach to each learner and use past-paper questions regularly, so that every student feels more confident, well-prepared, and proud of their progress. Outside tutoring, I’m active in university life and enjoy a mix of reading, films, fitness and travel. Hi! My name is Tan. The subjects that I teach are Geography, Psychology, and English to students of all ages. I’m patient, approachable, and enjoy helping others to achieve to their fullest potential. In my free time I love anything animal, nature, or geography related and I love spending time with my dog Reginald! At school I achieved 9 GCSEs grades 9-6, I then completed my A-Levels in English Literature, Psychology, and Geography where I achieved AAB. I went on to study Psychology at the University of Westminster. I have been tutoring for 9 years while I was at school and during university. I also have experience teaching students with various SEN needs.
